Wake up to the the kookaburras, and king parrots, Umina beach bungalow is a large three bedroom house situated a couple of minutes drive to the beach, shops, and cafes.
It is in a quiet residential street surrounded by wildlife, bush, and the mountains. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is two large living areas, a spacious lounge room, and a family room which leads out onto the back deck overlooking the valley.
There has been many summer days and nights that have been enjoyed out on the deck with a coffee or a glass of wine. Sometimes you fall asleep to the sound of the surf.
Main bedroom has a queen bed, dressing table, walk in robe, ceiling fan, chair.
Second bedroom has a king single bed, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, TV, chair.
Third bedroom has a king single bed, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, TV, chair.
Family room has a sofa bed.
Laundry washing machine, filtered water through out the house.
Bathroom has a shower, bath, separate toilet, and separate hand basin, 2nd toilet in the laundry.
Dining room table, five chairs.
The house is large with plenty of room, a clothes line out the back, also another entry out the laundry door.
Maximum up to 5 people.
