Less than a one minute walk to one of Southern California's most beautiful beaches! This newly remodeled, very attractive, air conditioned 3-bedroom, 2 bath beach house is one house from the sand and has beautiful new wood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new top-of-the-line appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, gas oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and master bath with large shower. The balcony overlooks Balboa, and is accessible from both the master suite and the landing at the top of the stairs. It allows guests to take full advantage of outdoor beach living - perfect for sunbathing, relaxing with a good book, or enjoying a sunset cocktail.

Absolutely perfect!

We spent 5 days 4 nights here and it was absolutely perfect for us! This home is the quintessential beach house- light, airy, yet warm and comfortable. Steps away from gorgeous beaches and fun activities for all! Ready to go back!

Our family absolutely loved this beach house!

This house is beautiful ... clean, spacious, perfectly located, and literally steps from an almost private (feels like it!) beach. Close to everything in Newport, and has everything our family needed - even beach chairs/toys! Our family of 7 had plenty of room w/ space to spare. BBQ grill and outdoor dining table, and beautiful deck on 2nd level. Master/bath is upstairs, so parents have privacy. Home is exactly as pictures depicted ~ so very happy with our vacation ... owner was fantastic ... we will book here again!

Great Rental property!

We loved this house! It was extremely clean upon arrival which was awesome! Rooms were spacious. AC is an added bonus for those hot days with less breeze. Super quick walk to the beach. It's a bit noisy with traffic on the street when you are near the front of the house with the doors open or up in the master with the slider open but the back of the house was very quiet. Our kids slept through the night without issue. It's good to note that the couches are different than shown. They are black now. I was worried with white furniture and two small children so I was pleased to see the black sofas. I was also pleased to see a small dining table that is also not shown in the photos. This was great for our two small children. The owner, Kim, was excellent to work with. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. She makes it very easy and comfortable for her guests. Oh and an added bonus is the large garage. We were able to fit two standard SUVs inside. This is great if you go to Newport during a busy beach season as street parking can be difficult.

Fantastic Property

Great home! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Beds very comfortable. Great location. We had 4 teens and the location between the 2 piers was perfect! We rented bikes and were able to easily explore the island. Owner easy to work with. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Newport Beach.

Nice Place

It's a great place: close to the beach, well maintained and suited our family well. The only challenge we had is that the home shares a wall/some ceiling with a neighbor and that led to some noise issues. One night the neighbor was throwing a party and the loud music and random cheering made it difficult to get our young children to bed. Another morning the neighbor woke us up at 5:30AM just walking around loudly. The noise probably won't be a problem for all visitors but it definitely was enough to keep it from being a five-star visit.
