Great place for our family. The house was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—an easy walk to both the main beach and 10th Street Beach Park on the bay. About a mile walk either way on the board walk for any and all food and shopping. Check-in and check-out were very easy, the host was responsive, and having a garage parking space was a huge plus since street parking was busy. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. Great location with it just a block away from the beach. WiFi was a little slow so if you need to work while there, could be difficult. But it is perfect for a relaxing and fun beach vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was around the corner from the beach and the Ocean Front Walkway. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The kitchen was nicely equipped with plenty of utensils, pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable. Great spot with garage parking available and plenty on on street parking available.

Absolutely wonderful place! Great location wonder hostess very responsive. Our family had a great time visiting our son in CA. The water pressure in the showers is amazing and bed were like being at home! Great time can’t wait to go back!

What really stands out to me about this property is the owner’s communication, amazing location, extremely organized and clean!!! You can walk to the island, Balboa and Newport Pier! We’ve stayed here at least 5 times in the last few years and have never been disappointed!!!

Great location, well stocked home with everything you need for a stay in beautiful Newport Beach. Owner very responsive. Deck and patio are nice for relaxing. There can be some traffic noise during commute hours if the windows and screen doors are open. So close to the beach and walking path! Perfect to walk out and use the provided beach chairs for incredible sunsets!
