This charming second-floor corner villa offers an elegant coastal design with a private, relaxing ambiance. Conveniently located in front of swimming pool and Jacuzzi #3, the villa features a dining area for 5 guests, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living area, and a balcony with beautiful ocean views. Please note: Access requires going up approximately 10 stairs.

🛏️ Sleeps up to 6 Guests:

• Master Bedroom: King bed
• Bedroom II: Queen-over-Queen bunk beds

🏡 Amenities Provided:

• Fully stocked kitchen with appliances, pots, pans, and utensils
• Clean sheets and towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 trash bag per trash can
• 1 gallon of purified drinking water

There was no one in the office that took my deposit they took of my card, you have to was your own dishes and take your own trash and they still charge you cleaning fees

Great place to stay, I would recommend to friends and family any day. Pros: Clean Easy check out Good security Polite management Beach view Cons: No a/c (it can get hot even with open windows). You need to clean the place even with a cleaning fee. Overall: I would recommend to a small family or couple that wants a peaceful staying .

Location is excellent, community is very nice, however, the villa was not a deluxe and only a 3 star. Bathroom was terrible, not clean sheets were stained. Check in is so complecated. The people assigned as HOA dont have any knowledge. We arrived there and not only they didn’t know about us but theybdidnt even bother to show me there are 2 offices who handle rentals and time shares. I started calling expedia and was struggling tomget conected and they were looking at me, after an hour i asked them is there and office then they said yes there are 2 outside! The “villa “ was not equipped with enough kitchen ware and far from being a deluxe property.

We totally got hit with a $50 fine My husband let our son put his feet in the jacuzzi (it wasn’t even on), and we got written up. He wouldn’t even let us off with a warning.

Cute, Clean Condo

This unit was perfect for our family of four (although only 3 made it). Everything worked well except the internet. Fortunately, I have a plan that includes international text, calling, and data, so I did not try that hard to make it work. We were there for vacay, so I was thrilled my kids were not on their phones!! Some reviews indicated that the bathroom needs to be updated which scared me. Yes, it needs a slight update, but the toilet is new, the shower is nice, it just needs to be re-caulked. Actually, a spray down of Clorox 2 may do the trick, it is not that big of a deal. Overall, the condo was clean and nicely decorated. It is light, bright, and has a lovely ocean view. The bedrooms and beds were comfy as well. We cooked in the kitchen and found almost everything we needed. The only recommendations I have for anyone coming to La Paloma is to bring your own towels and plastic cups for the pool. While they do provide bath towels there were not pool or beach towels. We have stayed at La Paloma many times before, so we knew to expect this. My boys and I really loved this condo. We hope you do too!

The grounds are well maintained and so are the rooms! Our rental was spacious, nicely decorated and had all of the amenities that we were hoping for. The pools are greet and the proximity to the beach, restaurants and downtown is great Will definitely stay here again.

I was born in San Diego and raised in Tijuana, and for as long as I can remember, La Paloma Resort has been part of my life. I’ve been an owner here for over 40 years and have watched it grow and evolve through its three phases of development.

La Paloma isn’t just a beautiful resort to me — it’s home. I grew up here, spending weekends and holidays by the ocean. My children grew up here too, and now that they’re in their twenties, this place is still where we gather, reconnect, and create new memories.
