Situated just across the road from the beach, this two-storey, and 4-bedroom 2-bathroom home has outstanding ocean views from both levels. The property accommodates 8 people and includes a pool table, reverse cycle air-con, balcony and carport and a brand new kitchen plus dishwasher has been recently installed. A great added bonus with this property is Wifi (Conditions Apply). The enclosed back yard has a covered barbecue area and is pet friendly (Outside Only), so you can bring the whole family.

Pet Friendly-$250 pet bond applicable.

No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property. Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No School Leaver Bookings. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.

Great location

Great location

This is the third time we have stayed in this house for Easter. My family love it. Across the road from the beach, walk to the river and plenty of garden space for games and Easter egg hunt.

Slow down!

A great place to unwind. Located opposite the beach and down the road from the fun filled Moore River. Relaxing for Parents and great fun for kids.

Absolutely stunning views and exceptional location. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or views. The house itself is a beach house and perfect for the location. What lets this property down is the cleanliness or lack of. The kitchen cupboards and benches were all dirty and sticky and so were the all the cooking products in the kitchen and also the kitchen table. The house needs a good scrub from top to bottom and to deal with the ant problem in the kitchen.

Family getaway

Great location. Fanastic outdoor eating/bbq area. Dog-friendly. Lots of space. Although the living room areas are air-conditioned, the bedrooms are not, which made them quite hot at night in February. There was one fan that worked but it was very noisy. Quiet fans in all bedrooms would be good.

the attraction of satellite TV for two footy games, not one TV worked , we had to use one of our guests Kayo to stream all games. For what we paid for accommodation, a bit disappointing... The only real plus is location, which is excellent.

Great location, ocean views

The property is located beautifully near beach access and an easy walk into town for the general store and Moore River.However the house is tired and could use some maintenance. Fly screens not fitted properly on one of the upstairs windows, other windows barely able to see through. Balcony flyscreen door doesn't close properly. Shower head in upstairs bathroom has seized up and is difficult to use. The dishwasher also does a terrible job of cleaning and we were invaded by ants in the kitchen so all food had to be kept secure.New batteries would also be helpful in the remotes for the main TV.We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend away but feel the house could do with a bit of TLC and cleaning to make it even better.

The house is well situated for the dog beach, swimming and fishing. Guilderton has a sportsman's club but unfortunately only open for 3 nights so you need to bring all supplies. The house is generally clean. No power in the main bathroom despite power points and the dish washer does not clean properly otherwise I would recommend this house for a teenage family. The children's bedrooms are down stairs so not ideal for young children.

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately for our 2 families the descriptor advised of a working oven, so we brought food for 2 families to be cooked in the oven over four nights. The oven was not checked by the property company prior to our stay and did not work. We were not advised of this and the property company have not provided any reimbursement for a service that was advertised as working and has responded poorly for something that was their responsibility to check and maintain.The air conditioning in the upstairs of the loungeroom worked well and was a relief over the very hot days. One of the fans in the down stairs bedroom however was not in working order at all, another one was not adequate to move the air around in the heat, and one worked well. The lack of fly screen on the bottom bedroom sliding door does not permit a free flow of air when there is a breeze.The fridge size is not adequate for the advertised number of people that can stay at the property - given there is no shop in Guilderton, most travelers would bring all their food with them. The house was clean. The upstairs bed requires changing as it is broken and tilted.Maintenance is required at this property given the price point for the rental per night in summer. To her credit the property manager came to the home on the Sunday to inspect the oven, offer an apology but has not followed through with the last of facility provided.

Could be better

The photos are not showing how actually small this place is and old. Outside area and location next to the beach are really good ,but downstairs area very poor uncomfortable beds and loads of ants . Dishwasher was not cleaning well and there was little utensils to choose from . There wasn’t even most basic tea available. Unfortunately as a group of ladies we wouldn’t recommend this house and we won’t be coming back.

We all enjoyed the short stay

We arrived with no linen as we didn’t receive the email until late stating we needed our own linen , and we’re able to ask the house manager who was wonderful and dropped of some linen of and saved the day.
