NOTE: No cameras or recording devices are on the property, inside or out. We placed a video surveillance sign on the alley-facing gate for security. Both bathrooms have an exhaust fan with a sensor to detect humidity. A tiny red light will appear.

The pool is fenced with a heat pump. We set the temperature at 85 for every guest. When the ambient temps fall below 45 degrees, the heat pump will not be able to reach that temperature. You can expect the pool to reach 72-76 degrees during that winter timeframe.

HOUSEBROKEN DOGS WELCOME
Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. If pets are selected upon booking for up to two dogs, an automatic pet fee of $45/night is applied. If your stay is seven nights or longer, we will adjust this to a flat fee of $300. If there are more than two dogs, please message us describing their size and breed. Regarding future guests, animal shedding is not permitted on bedding and blankets. You may bring your bedding or ask us for an alternative solution.

LOCATION
A foodie’s paradise is within miles of this house, where you can enjoy the hottest restaurants and bars in the valley. We suggest our favorites in the Welcome Book! You will be in the heart of the city with many hot locations 10-20 minutes away. Our mid-century house is in an older, humble suburban-type neighborhood adjacent to the more elite Encanto Village. We've owned the house since 2014 and can confirm it's a safe and quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. The area South of Osborne has nice grocery stores, like Sprouts, 5 minutes away. Many hip restaurants and stores are a bit further East, located on 7th Avenue, Central, and Camelback. The area North and West of the subdivision (Indian School Road and I-17 Freeway) is undesirable.

THE SPACE
The open floor plan allows for great conversation and hosting. Kick back on West Elm Mid-Century Modern furniture and take in the retro decor. You’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV to stream your favorites. Have lots of fun playing ping pong in the bonus room!

BEDROOM 3: Two twin beds with medium-firm mattresses, one nightstand with drawers and lamp, chest of drawers, luggage rack, ceiling fan

HALL BATHROOM: Shower/tub combo, full vanity with double sinks, toilet

A Minut Noise Monitoring device is installed to maintain the peaceful and quiet nature of the neighborhood and prevent unauthorized parties. The device does NOT record sound or video—only decibel levels are monitored.
