Dear Erin, Thank you again for staying with us at Sunset Cove # 231. We're very happy to hear that you enjoyed your Cayman Islands vacation in this amazing beachfront condo. For future guests, please view the map on this listing as it accurately shows the location on Sunset Cove and the surrounding restaurants, amenities, etc. The property is located on the southern part of Seven Mile Beach and is the only property on Seven Mile Beach that is protected by 2 groynes that form the cove ensuring that there is lots of soft white sand on the beach all year round and in the case of inclement weather, also provides a sheltered area to swim during strong wave action. There are currently 3 restaurants on the property, 1 cigar bar and 1 coffee shop which makes it very convenient to dine and drink on property, including the swim up pool bar. There are several other restaurants within walking distance but if you want to venture further down the beach, it is only about a 4-8 min car drive and taxis are easily accessible. We have tried to furnish the condo in a modern/chic boutique hotel style as we felt that this wasn’t currently something on offer with other higher end 3 bedroom units with oceanfront views on Seven Mile Beach. Dear Sophia, We're very sorry to hear that you didn't have the stay that you were hoping for. Our listing does not mention Margaritaville at all as this hotel has been closed since 2020. Despite this there are still many onsite amenities and dining options such as Lazy Lizard, Bevvy and Piccolino’s Cafe. Bevvy is located in the Lobby area and is a great bar to watch sports and meet up with friends. Lazy Lizard Bar and Grill is located by the Sunset Cove pool area which offers casual dining. Piccolino’s Cafe offers great breakfast and lunch options as well. There are also kayaks and paddle boards available for guests to use but you have obtain the paddles from the Condo Association Office which we will guide guests to should they wish to use the kayaks and paddle boards. While a hotel is nice, for the price, size of the rental unit, the convenient location within walking distance to many dining, shopping, entertainment options, as well as having onsite dining options, Sunset Cove is a fantastic location.

Thank you for taking the time to review our condo. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and that it felt like you were in a boutique hotel. As a lover of boutique hotels, we have worked hard to try to re-create this atmosphere with the decor and lots of special little added touches. Yes, unfortunately, Nespresso pods are very expensive in Cayman (we also stock up on them whenever we are in the US!). We hope that you return to visit us again soon!
