Birubi Point Anna Bay 17A - Oceanfront holiday home

Watch the Waves Roll In

The design of this house will captivate you from the moment you pull into the driveway with its beautiful timber features and Norfolk Pines, you will already feel like you are on holiday. Walk to the back porch and you will fully appreciate the jaw dropping ocean frontage.

Downstairs enjoy a modern, well equipped kitchen with separate dining and lounge looking out to the rocks and rolling waves. Large screen - smart TV and Wifi make you feel at home and will keep the kids entertained.

The property has air con upstairs and a split system for the downstairs area. There is also a large lounge area containing single bunks and a double bed for those extra guests. Laundry and bathroom also included for those who don't wish to travel upstairs.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (both with queen size beds), master with ensuite and ocean views, a separate bathroom and a parents retreat.

You can enjoy all that the village of Anna Bay has to offer or surf at Biribu Beach - if you can tear yourself away the spectacular ocean view and sea breeze.

Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.

The Bay Holiday Properties reserves the right to add a Security Deposit to any booking at our discretion and at any time prior to check-in. You will be notified in writing of this Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property. The Security Deposit will be refunded once you have vacated and the property has been checked and cleaned.

Great location

We enjoyed our time - the view over the ocean was very inspiring and relaxing. The verandah floor needed cleaning which we did, and the gardens needed tidying up . The car entrance was very tight due to the large tree, and the path into the house needed tidying. The blinds in the house were very dusty However, we were happy overall with the house. We dried the umbrella and left it inside the house - it was left in the rain during the storm when we arrived. Netflix was not connected but that could have been due to the storm.

Loved the stay million dollar view , will back again

Very good location , big house spaces but the house was dirty on arrival we had to mop and find cockroaches in living room , rubbish under the couches , door was very dirty in living area , Recommend curtains in main room and living area , Over all loved the times we’ve spent there , thanks

Anna Bay beach house

We stayed at this property for Australia Day weekend with our 3 boys. The location was perfect, listening to the waves at night was magical. The boys loved climbing around the rock pools which are at the front of the house. The area is peaceful, walking distance to the beach and a park and a lovely neighbourhood. We can’t wait to stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting this property for two weeks each year, in May and November. We have never had any reason to question any aspect of the building, the agents or the location. The landlord could have provided more fish ... but ... that may be outside his brief. We highly recommend this property.

Unfortunately we had bad weather for 2 days and the lounge furniture are somewhat uncomfortable, disjointed and cold. Gas bottle was empty and we did not know you had a spare in the garage. Regards Johan

Fabulous location

We had an amazing long weekend with friends at Birubi Point. The location was terrific - a short walk to the beach, but away from the crowds. We’re looking forward to returning.

10/10 for location and accessibility to the beach

Location is great with easy access to the beach, camel rides and sand boarding. House suitable for large families or duel families with plenty of beds, large seating areas and plenty of bathrooms. It was great having access to wifi however an additional TV in one of the bedrooms or the bunk bed room would have been good for the kids. The alarm instructions with the buzzer was also very confusing. One big negative was the bbq didn’t work and we couldn’t use it for the entire stay. The upstairs main bedroom lights also didn’t work, however we had bedside lamps. The floors to the house weren’t very clean upon arrival. The negatives could have been avoided if they were reported by other guests or if an inspection was carried out before arrival.

Whale watching while alfresco dining

This place is amazing. The boys had a ball exploring the rocks, cycling and walking to the beach and so quiet unlike Nelson Bay. 10 mins to all the spots we wanted to visit. The house was so well equipped and the WiFi and Netflix was a nice treat on the rainy inside day. Can't wait to return.
