Illaroo House features four bedrooms, including 2x queen rooms, 1x double room, and a rumpus room with 2x tri-bunk rooms that are perfect for children or larger groups.

The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is light-filled and spacious, making it the ideal place for family gatherings, shared meals, or lounging after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to entertain, from cooking essentials to platters and serving dishes for larger feasts.

Outside Illaroo offers a generous turfed front yard and a fully enclosed backyard that is safe for both children and pets. The outdoor entertaining areas are a highlight, with a spacious deck complete with an outdoor TV, BBQ, fridge, and dining space, perfect for long summer evenings. The swimming pool invites you to relax and cool off during the day, while the fire pit adds a cosy touch for gathering under the stars. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after a swim or trip to the beach.

The house includes two bathrooms, one fitted with a bathtub and a separate freestanding WC for convenience. For entertainment, guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, access to all streaming platforms and free-to-air television, as well as a collection of DVDs and board games. The bunk room has its own TV and DVD player, creating a fun space for younger guests to enjoy.
