Pia Paulo was a great host, met us at the property, had a map for us to show the local sites and places to eat, it really is very well situated, well equipped, nicely decorated 15 minutes from various popular sites, plenty of places to eat, stunning squares to discover, highly recommend

Beautifully furnished apartment in a quiet road close to the station and a short walk to restaurants and the main attractions of Florence. Carrefour express a short walk away with cheap prices and good selection. The hosts were fantastic. They provided a lot of helpful information and fixed an issue before we even realised there was one. Would highly recommend.

We spent just over a week in Alessandra’s spotless and characterful apartment. The location is convenient for the station and about a 20 minute walk from the centre. Check-in and communications in general were seamless, the apartment was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the enclosed garden complete with persimmon tree. The only improvement might be more comfortable beds (though the linen was perfect), and to have one room with twin beds instead of a double. The listing says it sleeps five when in fact as three individual adults we didn’t have sufficient space as the pull out chair/bed is only suitable for a child. Would recommend this property without hesitation.

Very nice apartment. Clean and comfortable and in a good location, not far from the river and opposite the tram. Nik was easy to contact and welcomed us to the apartment. We wouldrecommend.

This flat is in a perfect location a few minutes from the train and bus station and on a pedestrianized street. It is very quiet, comfortable and well equipped. We walked everywhere easily but it is a little outside the main tourist area so we were not bothered by hoards of other tourists! The flat is on the 3rd or 4th floor so quite a few stairs to keep you fit. Sofia met us at the flat and was very friendly and helpful. If anything the images and description of the flat do not quite do it justice. It was perfect - nicely furnished and very clean. There are restaurants very close by. The best one was Lobs on the same street. Thank you Sofia. We hope to stay there again some day.
