Villa Ami Sanibella is the perfect home for guests seeking a modern upscale residence with a large outdoor pool area for fun in the sun. Situated close to the ever popular Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral, the home was completely renovated from top to bottom in 2023 + all new furniture so this feels like a brand new home. From the designer Kitchen to the custom built outdoor Tiki Hut, everything in this home is luxurious and modern by design.

On stepping through the home's entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beach vibe tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent. The Living area is furnished with comfortable recliner leather sofas, smart cable TV with Netflix, a feature fire place plus views over the pretty pool area. There is also a Games Nook area located in the Living Area featuring an 'old school' Gaming machine with multiple classics such as Pac-man and Space Invaders for family fun.

The Kitchen has been finished with cream custom wooden cabinets and designer stone worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, smart TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower and designer his and her basin area.

The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. The King Guest Bedroom has a Smart TV with sliding doors to the pool area. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed + smart TV. The Guest Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms and has a walk in shower plus basin and toilet..

On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the pool deck area is over-sized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly under an umbrella reading a good book! The lanai area is so large it also comes complete with its' own custom built Tiki Hut so to provide a picture perfect spot for alfresco dining and entertaining. The home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is a private dock area with additional seating. A great place for a drink at sunset or to engage in a bit of fishing in the canal just like the locals do.

The City of Cape Coral is a Gulf Coast town in the sunshine famous for being on water. In fact almost every street is on water and Cape Coral has a larger amount of canals and waterways than the City of Venice in Italy. With water being such a focal part of the community, Cape Coral is a very popular choice with fishermen and boaters alike. The canals are teeming with fish such as snook and even the most novice of anglers should enjoy some success. With boating such a popular pastime boat rental is readily available so you can explore the many beautiful islands, restaurants and beaches only accessible from the water. Villa Ami Sanibella is situated on one of the very best gulf access canals that Cape Coral is famous for and has quick direct access to the Gulf of Mexico in under 15 minutes.

This property was perfect for our family. We have a 2 year old and a 5 year and we would stay here again without a doubt. The decor is welcoming and beautiful, the pool is big, and the tiki hut is fun for eating dinner and having drinks! This house truly serves both purposes for adults and kids. Great Location

Perfect property to relax and enjoy canal views and sunsets. No surprises, the property is just as described in the listing. Access to beach chairs and bicycles allowed us to enjoy the local beaches and tour the neighborhoods. The pool was great, water temperature was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay, and we wished we would have booked it for a longer period.

Beautiful home!

Our family enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. My teenage boys loved fishing off the dock. We caught eight different species of fish. The home is well equipped with everything you will need. The pool was great! We even saw a manatee swim right up to the dock. Great trip!

We had an amazing time here! The house is wonderful- everything is brand new! Spacious and Comfortable! In a nice neighborhood close to stores and beach (30min to Sanibel). Patio table by the pool is great and my kids enjoyed the interchanging pool table/air hockey. The house was immaculate when we arrived and we had everything we needed for our stay. I give this vacation home 5 stars!

Beautiful home with everything you need

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this house. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of linens. As well as everything need for a trip to the beach including 7 chairs, an umbrella and 2 coolers. Of course, we had lots of fun in the pool. There are also 3 bicycles. We would definitely rent the house again.

We could not have been happier with this home. This is one fantastic home. Everything in this home was spot on. Great pool for relaxing and watching the sunset. Tiki covered dining area was fun. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you would need. Furniture looked brand new and was very comfortable. We have been renting through VRBO for years and I have to say that this was the cleanest property we have stayed in. Don't pass up the opportunity to stay here.

We had an amazing stay at beautiful Sanibella! The house was beautiful and spotless. We really loved the "beach theme" though out the house. The house was newly renovated and had all the amenities we could think of! Beach chairs, pool toys, cooler, 2 bikes with helmets,all the kitchen gadgets, TVs in each room, extra blankets/pillows, bath and beach towels, and much more. The beds were so comfortable that all my family members never slept that good. The pool was heated and we enjoyed the deck as well. This was definitely the best house we ever rented and the owners thought of every little detail to make our stay unforgettable!

My family and I have never stayed in this area of Fl. before so we were unsure of the surroundings and such. However the house was amazing, and the neighborhood was perfect. Everything was tidy and neat. There were pool floats, beach towels, beach chairs and so much more that you need not bring with you. The description was accurate, although we did drift away to the beach a couple of days, it was really hard to want to leave the house. The layout was perfect, everyone was able to have enough privacy. We are already planning a return for one year to come.

My family visits Cape Coral every year. We were very happy with this property. One thing we missed was having a hot tub. Also, our grandchildren visited and there were no plastic plates or bowls for children. We purchased these along with some lanterns for the tiki hut as it was dark and we like to play cards out by the pool in the evening. We left these items for other people to enjoy. There was an issue with Xfinity and Neil was quick to help resolve the problem. I would recommend this home and look forward to working with churchill properties in the future.

Amazing Must Stay

1000% recommend this property for your future vacation. Absolutely beautiful home inside and out. Quiet and safe neighborhood where we could take walks in the evening. We loved it here and have already discussed that if we come back to this area on future trips we would seek out this rental again. The house was perfect for 4 adults and a 3 year old. Plenty of room if we would have had a bigger family to stay. Very clean. The pool was a huge hit with our little one. So many accommodations at the house and for the beach that made traveling here by air for vacation so much easier. Beach gear including beach towels, umbrella, chairs, sand toys and pool floats. We all needed this trip for a relaxing retreat after a rough few months and we are all so impressed and satisfied-wishing we could stay longer. Thank you so much!

Absolutely perfect!

The house was equipped with everything you could need and more. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool area and tiki hut were amazing. We were able to enjoy the outdoors all day without having to worry about bugs. Sitting out on the dock one afternoon we were even able to see two dolphins. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The pool/air hockey table were a hit with the kids. This is a great house for families!!
