This home features an en suite master bedroom with a king size bed, a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom as well as 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds and an additional full bathroom. Ideal for a maximum number of eight guests . Comfortable living spaces and a great outdoor area with a screened in pool (heating available at an additional fee) . Easy access to I-4 and conveniently located near Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, shops, restaurants, gas stations.

Wonderful home

Wonderful home, very clean and great location. It was equipped with everything needed for stay. Hosts are very easy to work with.

Nice house tor two small families

We stayed here over a few days for a soccer tournament at Disney. The check-in process was a little hard to understand and was not in complete detail with instructions but we were able to call the owner a couple of times and get in. We paid extra for the pool heater but could not figure out how to turn it on or work it. The kids didnt seem to mind the colder water but the heater would have been nice for the older people. The neighborhood was really nice and clean. We were close to shopping and food. Expect heavy traffic! All in all, we had a great stay. There was enough room for everyone, the kitchen had the needed applicances and the pool table in the garage was a great bonus. We would stay here again.

Much needed vacation

We had a great time, the house was everything for my family. So peaceful and relaxing. A much needed vacation and we choose a complete gem. Everything we needed was at the house or 10 minutes down the road where there were groceries stores and convenience stores and the Beds are great.

Beautiful home

We had a great time in this home for a week. The only issue was the Nest thermostat kept setting the temperature back up to over 75 when we weren’t there. One day we walked in and it was 80° after walking in the hot sun all day. The owner was very responsive and helpful to our concerns though. We would rent here again!

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The biggest issue was the ants....ugh, they were annoying. However, the property manager was over in no time to handle it for us. (The property manager is very attentive and dependable. His response time is amazing.) I also was impressed with the items available in the home. This is not our first time getting a vacation rental and things like laundry detergent, paper towels, extra toilet paper, etc were never provided with the home. We always had to go to Walmart and pick those up. We got off the plane and headed straight to Walmart to grocery shop and to pick up the essentials. To my surprise, when we got to the home, those items were already there!! It may be a small thing to some, but it made me happy. The only other issue we had were the neighbors across the street. They were obnoxiously loud all hours of the night, but of course, that is nothing the owners or the property manager could control. Just wish they were a bit more considerate of the noise and time of night. Besides that, it was the perfect home for my family and I. We will definitely be staying there again!! thank you for a wonderful stay.

Just what was needed

had a great week ..set up was perfect and location as well...the game room could use a bit of maintainence and the place could be a bit cleaner ....seems to be an ant problem by the sliding doors..however the beds were comfortable and the pool was perfect ! We would definitely stay again!

Clean and spacious

Our family enjoyed our stay at this rental. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. We will definitely rent again. The owners responded quickly to all our questions and the property manager responded in a timely manner to our concerns. Only issue was ants on our first night. We informed the property manager who came and sprayed same day. We didn't see any ants afterwards.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I (total of 7 of us) have a wonderful stay at this home for our week long vacation. The owners of the house were fantastic to work with, very quick at replying to all of my questions and communicated the check in process very clearly. The house came with everything we were looking for and needed. My kids enjoyed the pool the most and the pool table and ping pong table was a great hit as well. Plenty of space for all of us, never felt like we were on top of each other. I would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful, fantastic!

A beautifully kept property close to all the big attractions. Owners were easy to communicate with, responded very quickly to all my questions & concerns. There were 7 of us, spanning 3 generations and we were all very comfortable without being crowded. The pool alarm was very much appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.
