This 3 bedroom/2 bath Condo is perfect for your Okoboji getaway!

FYI: The building our condo is in went under a MAJOR construction project in 2023; every unit now has new trim, doors, and all new decks! Because of this, we received some negative reviews because unfortunately, those guests were in the thick of the project (which we were under the impression would be completed before the season started). If you read reviews from the summers before 2023, we typically receive a perfect rating and guests are very happy with their stay. Rest assured, if you book with us for the summer of 2024, you will have a great experience! Thank you in advance for trusting us with your vacation!
The property is located at Bridges Bay which includes access to the outdoor pools with a swim-up bar, indoor waterpark (6 passes daily), zip line, park, gym, arcade, and 2 onsite restaurants. We are in the Coronado building on the second floor in unit #201, which is the closest building to all of the amenities!
The spacious floor plan includes granite countertops in the kitchen with tile backsplash, living room with a stone surrounded fireplace and onsite laundry.
Bedroom/Bathroom #1: Master Suite with King bed, TV, access to the patio, double sinks with a walk in closet, and hair dryer
Bedroom #2: Queen Size Bed
Bedroom #3: Bunk bed with Queen size on the bottom and twin bed on top & TV

My husband and I now own 7 rental properties, three of which are in Sioux Falls where we both grew up and the others are in Okoboji, IA, where we like to vacation in the summer at the lake! I manage all of our properties and have been doing so for 4 years now. I strive to make sure all of our properties have the essentials for day to day living and items I appreciate when using other VRBO's, such as books, games, etc.
Why they chose this property
We like the Bridges Bay community and all it has to offer! The pools, restaurants and park make it a perfect location for family summer vacations. This condo was a perfect fit for the space we needed.
What makes this property unique
The previous owners took very good care of the property and we plan to do the same! We are also located in the building closest to the amenities and the boat docks, so your walk over with all of your gear is very easy and short!
