Great place to stay for all ages

Our extended family stayed in this condo with ages ranging from 1-66 & it worked well for all! The water park passes were great to have & there were things for everyone to do within walking distance of the condo. Host was responsive & instructions for check-in & check-out were clear & made it easy.

Had no local tv to watch if it stormed. No way would it sleep 9 people. Took forever for her to answer a question. Not enough supplies had to go buy laundry detergent.

my family had a great time staying and enjoying family time at Bridges bay resort. Liked the location of the condo, close and walking distance from the pool area. My only complaint was my son found dirty towels in the shower of the master bathroom, we would of like for the deck to have been spider web free and the leaves cleaned off! I needed to sweep it off because of my infant grandson who loved to be on the deck. When you pay for cleaning I just expect all areas of the condo to be cleaned.

Renting from Kristin has always been a pleasure

Great summer getaway

Our family has been vacationing at Lake Okoboji for over 40 years, and this property was really nice due to its proximity to the main hotel and pool area. The condo had just the right amount of space for our family of 4 and the property owner was available and responsive to requests. All in all, a very nice experience.

Very nice nice condo

Definitely would stay here again as we come annually for a family reunion. Very clean and nicely furnished. The only item of improvement would be the master bed. Very very soft to the point of being uncomfortable at times.

Nice but a tidge disappointing

Nice accommodations but right away we noticed the unit wasn't very clean. Kitchen floor was sticky. Lots of areas needed dusting. It was like the high points were hit but not detailed. There was a light bulb out in master fan and in the laundry room. There were no hangers in the closets - perhaps those get taken by guests. Perhaps the unit had not been rented the week before but the toilets needed freshened. Kitchen was supplied adequately but one of the pans needs replaced as its finish is chipping off. The beds were not $800/night quality. Beds/quality sleep is crucial in the hospitality industry. They could use a refresh. For the master we removed the thick foam pad and purchased cotton sheets at Walmart and slept better after the first night. The sheets on the beds are man made/polyester and do not breathe so this in addition to foam pad + waterproof mattress pad cover made sleep impossible the first night. The other two bedrooms could use a bigger fan in them. Of course ideally a ceiling fan would be best but hard to install at this point. The toilet seat in the master is loose also. We had a fun time and we were basically comfortable but for a high end priced stay in our opinion we think things could be spiffed up a bit. No doubt we will be back in future summers as it is a fun location!! Thank you.

Anniversary trip

We chose to stay here for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The location was great and the space worked well for us. Some of the basic supplies hadn’t been replenished for our stay but Kristin was quick to respond and get us what we needed. The grill was in tough shape so we were not able to use that, but all other kitchen supplies were there and in good shape. We made good use of the waterpark passes and had a good time! We really enjoyed the proximity to the waterpark and restaurants. Overall a great stay!

The deck

The original property had list a deck/patio that was available. Approximately 7-10 days before the date of our stay, I was informed the the deck would most likely not be available due to construction. We had looked forward to sitting outside of our unit and enjoy time with our family. That was a big disappointment.

Family Vacation

The condo was very nice. The kitchen utensils were pretty sparse. It was a great location! Wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have used the outdoor pools.

Location great!

The location was ideal for us. We spent a lot of time at the water park. Since we were a large group and had two condos not having the deck wasn’t ideal. Also at 7:00 in the morning they are working and we had no shades so no privacy. Looking in at us. I really think I should have been offered a discount. The bath mat was filthy as well as the master bedspread. You wouldn’t want to run the ceiling fan with the layer of dust.

I manage all of our properties and have been doing so for 4 years now. I strive to make sure all of our properties have the essentials for day to day living and items I appreciate when using other VRBO's, such as books, games, etc.

We like the Bridges Bay community and all it has to offer! The pools, restaurants and park make it a perfect location for family summer vacations. This condo was a perfect fit for the space we needed.

The previous owners took very good care of the property and we plan to do the same! We are also located in the building closest to the amenities and the boat docks, so your walk over with all of your gear is very easy and short!
