House was very clean and as advertised in the listing. The outdoor space was great with a nice fire pit and plenty of seating. Guest beverages of coffee and cocoa were great perks as well as plenty of snacks. really enjoyed our stay and the communications with Carrie were very helpful and super responsive. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

The house was in a convenient location, only 5 blocks from downtown Spriit Lake as we had an event there. House was furnished nicely, it was great having a garage since it was so cold.

Great Place

This VRBO was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding that the venue was close by. The place is clean and had a lot of room which was great when it rained. When it wasn’t raining we enjoyed the big back yard. Would stay here again.

Home away from Home

We had party of 6 adults stay here for a family wedding. We stayed a week. This place was perfect! Very spacious- we had plenty of space! Very clean too! We all felt so at home! Lots of nice touches - it has everything you need and more. We had a few questions and got quick responses and Never once felt we were inconveniencing the host. They were so Kind and gracious.Thank you so much! We made some wonderful family memories here.

Perfect for eight!

The home was ideal for 4 couples. Plenty of room to gather and visit and plenty of parking space, too. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck shaded by several big old oak trees. Very clean and well maintained. Having two bathrooms upstairs was appreciated. We will definitely consider renting again on next visit to the area.

Family Stay

We were at the Lake area for a wedding so we rented this place for ourselves, our children, and their families. The house was large enough for the 6 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the clean house, the comfortable beds, the handy kitchen, the garage, and the 2.5 bathrooms. The owner was easy to work with, and she had some special touches throughout the house.

Perfect Stay

This was a perfect house for our girl’s trip to Okoboji! The house was immaculate! The furniture and beds were very comfortably If we had wanted to cook, the kitchen had all new appliances and was well stocked. We were well supplied with towels. Our host left treats and some travel size essentials. There was nothing more we could have asked for. Carrie thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area!

Super Spirit Lake stay!

Beautiful remodeled home was perfect for our base for touring the area. 4 comfortable bedrooms, all up stairs so not handi-cap accessible but that was not a problem for us. Lovely back yard seating areas and we took advantage of the fire pit. Clean! Carrie very easy to work with in answering any questions. All the little extras left for us was a nice surprise. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent. Was given a big thumbs up from all of us!

This property was perfect for our Sisters Getaway! All 4 of us each had our own room. Seemed like new carpet upstairs, fresh towels and bedding, all kitchen utensils, containers, pans, etc provided. We didn't leave the house once! We brought our groceries with us and lounged around all weekend playing games, doing crafts and watching movies while enjoying time away from home with each other! We would definitely rent again! You can see the lake from the front porch. Next time we'll go further into the spring/summer when we can enjoy the backyard, patio and shopping.
