Beautiful Cape Cod Retreat

Beautiful Cape house with large screened in porch, family room extension and beautiful property with new Hot Tub! Steps from the Cape Cod Rail Trail and close to the Bay and Ocean beaches.

Large outside screened in porch for dining and relaxing with family and friends. A great open yard with swing set and tree house for young kids.

Two bedrooms downstairs are queen beds. Upstairs one queen bedroom and one room with 2 twins and twin bunk beds (4 beds).

Updated with central heat and air conditioning throughout!

Gas fireplace and large comfortable living room ideal for entertaining and relaxing. Basement playroom (semi-finished is a great place for kids to play or relax while watching a movie.

Outdoor fireplace to sit and relax after a long day of resting!
The house is perfect for a relaxing break or a full summer holiday. Close to everything yet private for family and friends to enjoy!

Great House for families!

A great location in Eastham, getting on and off of Rt 6 during the summer is always tough. House is well laid out for families, lots of room for everyone. Great amenities all around.

Fantastic Family vacation home

This house has all the space and amenities for a extended family gathering. The house is comfortable and well laid out for everyone. There is plenty of room for everyone.The hosts are fantastic and accommodating. My family will have great memories of our stay.

Perfect vacation home!!!

The house is wonderful, full of amenities and in the perfect location! The screened in porch is large and overlooks the beautiful yard and garden complete with large firepit. The house is very comfortable with lovely decorating touches with plenty of room for our family of 8. Hands down best house we have rented after 25 summer vacations in Eastham, highly recommend.

Great home for adults and kids

Great location. Loved the screened in porch! More than ample sitting room with the 2 living room areas. The zip line was a big hit. Appreciated the strategically place hooks in and outside the home. Very timely and pleasant communication with owner.

We had a great stay in this spacious home. Everything was clean for the most part and the kitchen was well stocked to fit all our needs. The screened in porch was amazing. We had to bring our own linens and towels which was no problem and was made clear ahead of time. The only issue was the washer machine did stain a handful of our clothes. The house needs a little TLC, but was overall a great stay and we would reccomend it to anyone and would definitely rent again!

July stay in Eastham

Great layout for two families. Super fun backyard for kids. Zipline was a hit. Swing set a plus. Owner, Mike, responds to issues promptly and efficiently. House needs TLC in the maintenance department otherwise we would have given 5 stars. ***Plan to bring or rent your own linen and towels, they do not come with house***

Thanks Monique, so glad you had fun! Re: linens, yes they are not included and we can certainly recommend vendors to help if you don't like to bring your own. Re: the maintenance, there were a few odds and ends and thanks to Monqiue and family for their patience. We are living here the month of August and making sure it is all up fixed up before any other renters!

Roomy house but linen issues

We stayed here for a family wedding. There was plenty of room and was basically clean. Issues were communication with our reservation being confirmed properly and they don’t provide linens. The owner made an exception to allow us to use their linens. We found the sheets ok but there were only 3 good towels, the rest were stained or had holes.

Thanks for the note Linda - we will try to make it more clear that linens are not provided. The linen service we recommend (the furies) has been positive for many of our guests to use in the future. The sheets we provided were simply spares in your last minute need so we apologize if they weren’t ideal. We are glad you enjoyed your time on the cape!

The house was large and comfortable for our family and was clean on our arrival. Our almost 3 year old granddaughter loved the zip line and the swing set in the backyard, and we really enjoyed the large screened-in porch.

What a wonderful place! Mike was very accommodating and responsive from the very beginning of the booking process. The house was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and the jacuzzi! The house was clean and just as described. We are thankful for the time we were able to stay. It is a beautiful family home and the owners seem genuinely happy to have families enjoy their stay as much as they do. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

I rented the house for a family gathering. In the end, the family members who were supposed to stay in the house were unable to make it because they fell ill. A few of us still gathered for dinner so it wouldn’t go to waste. The house was wonderful, has everything you need. The backyard was amazing especially if you have kids.

Moms/Girls Weekend

I just came back from an amazing weekend at this property. I stayed with 8 women for a girls getaway. We are all in our 40-50’s. The house was clean, has a beautiful open floor plan, lots of natural light and has an amazing screened-in porch. It is located in a very quiet, wooded neighborhood. We all had plenty of space to sleep and the beds were very comfortable The pictures are true to the house’s character and beautiful decor. So many wonderful things to post. We would definitely come back and stay again. Michael responded to my emails quickly when I had any questions regarding our stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Short drive to beaches.

Fantastic house and location!

We stayed here last year and had such a great time we came back again this year. The house is beautiful. Everything is clean, spacious and comfortable. The yard is fantastic for the kids. Being so close to the the beach and bike path and were huge bonuses and conveniences for our family as well. Too many good things to say about this one!

This house has everything!!

This house was wonderful; accommodated our family perfectly. The two living room areas were spacious and we loved having the screened in porch where we could enjoy being outside regardless of the weather. The additional deck was an added bonus too. Our grandkids enjoyed the zip line and treehouse.. We definitely would stay here again!

Generally clean and everything functional. We had 5 adults, house can hold 6 adults and 4 kids in a kids room. Had to vacuum off the mattress before making the bed. Didn’t notice in the photos so it was a surprise, no dressers. Bring hangers. One mattress needs upgrading.

Spacious and Inviting

The home was even better than described on line. WE had three teens with us and three adults and plenty of beds for all. Formal living room space with more relaxed family room, as well as basement den, provided ample space for people to do their own thing. Large dinning room table was excellent for family game night.

Beautiful stay in Eastham

We Truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in one of our favorite areas of Eastham. The house was very well cleaned Before we arrived and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Very close to the bike trail and beaches. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely and the screened porch was a bonus. This is a great stay for a family to gather together. You can tell that the owners enjoy it themselves and thankfully are willing to share with others. Would definitely stay again.
