Nel cuore del villaggio di Ogunquit, lato est della Route 1, raggiungi a piedi la famosa spiaggia di Ogunquit, negozi e ristoranti in modo facile e sicuro con bellissime nuove passeggiate laterali. Recentemente rinnovato per il 2019 con TUTTI I NUOVI mobili e biancheria in stile hotel, nuovi elettrodomestici, ecc. Puoi essere il primo a rimanere e rilassarsi in questa bella casa completamente rinnovata e modernizzata. Ampio cortile in un quartiere ricercato. 3 camere da letto ciascuna con un letto matrimoniale, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale memory foam nuovo e Loft con divano letto matrimoniale memory foam e letto singolo. 2 1/2 bagni recentemente rinnovati, lavatrice e asciugatrice, sedie a sdraio, grill esterno e sedie a sdraio.

1/2 miglio a piedi dal centro e dalle spiagge (non è necessario pagare $ 30 per il parcheggio pubblico!)

Ad est della Route 1 significa non attraversare strade congestionate!

A nord del centro di Ogunquit puoi accedere rapidamente a numerosi ristoranti anche a Wells (non dovrai guidare attraverso il centro di Ogunquit una volta arrivato).

Ottimo rifugio per famiglie, coppie o una vacanza con gli amici.

Tutti i nuovi mobili con biancheria d'albergo - capiamo cosa vogliono i viaggiatori di oggi in una casa, quindi non c'è bisogno di essere nervosi, tutti i nostri mobili saranno nuovi di zecca e materassi incassati per dormire senza allergie! Tutti i tappeti sono stati rimossi e sono stati installati pavimenti moderni per offrire una sensazione di pulizia.

Ogni camera ha un letto king size, ottimo rifugio per coppie o letti abbastanza grandi da raddoppiare i bambini. Ci sono anche 2 divani queen in memory foam e un angolo nel soppalco con un gemello per bambini.

Tutti i 2 1/2 bagni completamente aggiornati e rinnovati per un aspetto più moderno.

2 nuove TV a schermo piatto. Uno da 65 "nel soggiorno principale e uno da 55" separato nel soppalco al piano superiore con una PS4 in modo che i bambini possano divertirsi.

Extended family vacation

This house was perfect: ideal location close to downtown Ogunquit, but on a quiet street. Very clean with excellent amenities. Everything in the house worked flawlessly. We will very likely book this house again next summer!

Fabulous place

This place is one of the nicest VRBO rentals we've ever had! It was IMMACULATELY clean, perfectly located, and wonderfully equipped. I would highly recommend this home to anyone interested in a wonderful vacation with family and friends.

Comfort and location

We stayed for a long weekend and found the house to be super cozy, clean and comfortable, meeting the needs of our family and friends. The location was great - we walked to dinner and downtown which was very convenient as the car traffic going into downtown can be bumper to bumper. Highly recommend this property!

Girls Trip!

This property adorable, clean, and great location! The house has a perfect layout for hanging out and the bedrooms are nicely spaced for privacy and the beds are so comfy. Perfect for our group of 5 high school friends class of '86! Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

The house was clean and spacious. Perfect for 5 high school girlfriends ( class of 73) to get together. Lots of good walking and great shops and restaurants nearby! Thanks Diedre for being so accomomdating!

Great family vacation house

The house was perfect for 7 of us. Super clean, well stocked, and great location close to great restaurants and the beach. We really couldn’t have asked for anything better. Deidre was super responsive and very accommodating. We had a great time and would come back.

Wonderful trip to Ogunquit

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Ogunquit. Three couples had plenty of space in this house located a 1/2 mile easy walk to center of town. Everything was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the Solo Stove fire pit in the backyard with comfy outdoor seating on our last night.

Great spot!

We had a great week at the Grasshopper house! Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully stocked and beach towels, wagon and toys were a great convenience. The beach was an easy walk and getting into town on foot saved a lot of time in the downtown traffic. We would stay here again!

April school vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, yet Route 1 was steps away. We enjoyed the backyard for playing Frisbee and in the evening made smores over the firepit. Also, the weather was amazing, so we were delighted that there were beach chairs available in the garage. It was a perfect place to stay for out little vacation!

Beautiful house, great location

We rented the house for a weekend. Everything was perfect. The house had been redecorated in the last year and it looked great. The location was great, a short walk to restaurants but on a quiet street. The owner Deidre followed up to ensure everything was ok. We definitely would stay there again.

Family Trip

Nothing bad to say about this property! Clean, spacious, great location, easy walk to town, shops, beach...great deck and yard with brand new grill. Cozy, huge sectional in living room for tv watching, reading, or playing games. Deidre (manager) was easily accessible with any questions we had and super responsive. House is an easy drive to York, Kittery (25 min) and Portsmouth (35 min). But no need to drive far, plenty of restaurants, cafes, stores, shopping in Ogunquit! Definitely a 5 star house!

Perfect house in Ogunquit

We had a great stay. The house was very spacious for our family of 5. My husband's cousin and her 2 kids joined us for 3 nights. There was still enough space for 8 of us. The neighborhood is very quiet. It's a 10 min walk to downtown and 15 min walk to the beach. I loved that there are beach chairs, towels, and a wagon for us to bring to the beach. Deidre was very responsive and a great host. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay here again the next time we're in Ogunquit.

Everything about 35 Grasshopper is perfect! The host is incredibly responsive, professional and communicative. This home is beautifully appointed and pristine. Me and my 5 sisters immediately felt welcomed and at home. Incredibly convenient to Marginal way and the center. We cannot wait to return next year. You will not be disappointed!

We enjoy meeting people from all over and providing memorable vacation spots for them to relax. We love Ogunquit and have raised our children in the heart of it all. We hope to share our love of Ogunquit Beach, the numerous restaurants and scenic walks with families seeking a relaxing vacation

A quick 10 minute walk to the beach, downtown for restaurants, ice cream, entertainment, movies, the marginal way, etc. No need to drive anywhere! Ogunquit has so much to offer and our sought after location allows you to park your car and enjoy beautiful walks downtown on our new cobblestone sidewalks. Avoid traffic and hefty parking fees. You can easily walk to most everything Ogunquit has to offer, or even take the trolley which stops right down the street on Route 1. You can also relax at the house in the spacious backyard with grill and lounge chairs. This house is a perfect getaway for couples, reunion with friends or for families looking for a seaside vacation.
