PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

★ The main house features a wood burning fireplace in the living room which also includes plenty of free firewood and a dining room just off the kitchen that seats 10-12 people.
★ Additionally, there is a covered patio area outside with plenty of chairs and tables for about 25 guests.
★ There is a gas BBQ for your use
★ Tree swing (adult supervision required)
★ We provide chairs, tables and dinnerware for approximately 25.
★ Kids love our rope swing and the llamas across the street. Everyone enjoys the waterfall, sunset views, and gardens that make this property a truly unique experience.
★ There is a local ferry 5 minutes away that makes crossing the river to nearby Canby a wonderful, unique trip.
★ Shortland golf course 1st tee is 1 minute from our property.
