Overpriced for all the shortcomings

Tidy & newly renovated apartment in the Gothic Quarter with an elevator (huge plus). The owner must be new at this as he didn't put much thought into guest comfort. Check in was haphazard with different parties involved then not involved. Took 2 hours to get in. No TV, just a ceiling prjector that you need to run from your phone that we could not get to work. No music, just a vintage stereo system that didn't work. No clock. No dresser in the bedroom. No suitcase stands. No microwave. No napkins. Very little kitchen stuff like condiments, etc. Bathroom sink is 45" high.Only one lamp in the bedroom till we complained. Only two towels for a 10 day stay till we complained. Shower door leaks water all over bathroom floor. Shower temp changes while you're using it. Owner was supposed to come talk to us about all this but never showed. All in all very dissapointed for the price charged as the owner didn't plan things from a guests perspective.

Apt review some good some baf

The location was great for attending the America’s Cup. The apartment had some problems. The hot water would turn to cold during a shower and then come back. The apt had an odor and the picture made it look better than it was. The neighborhood was sketchy and the building run down. WiFi went off.

Week in Barcelona

We were quite happy with the property it's central location and upkeep. Quite pleased with the property Manager Julio. Even though we met him only once, he did a very good job of explaining all ameneties. We didn't have any need to contact him until the day we vacated to say good bye. Interestingly the sink in the bathroom was so high it's very hard for average human beings (5' 6" and below) to use it comfortably. We wondered about its design. Also the noise level was quite high from adjacent buildings overnight from latenight party'ers. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay.

Almost Great

This is a larger condo than most you find in the Gothic quarter area. Pluses - great location near plaza real and easy walk to La Ramblas, nice large comfy bed, large living area, decent kitchen, great manager Julio who was very responsive. Minuses- no microwave, lots of party noises outside every night, TV relies on casting from your device which was slow and unreliable. If those things were fixed it would get five stars.

Rambla Apartment

The apartment is in a very central location - right off the Rambla close to the Plaza Real - walking distance to everything. Because it is on the top floor, noise at night was not an issue, especially with windows closed. Very clean and all the amenities you need. I would defnitely come back.

Excellent stay!

First and foremost, the pictures of this place are exactly as it looks! Julio, the property manager met us at the apartment and explained everything about the property. He even gave us some helpful information about the city itself. The bed was comfortable and when we closed the bedroom shutters, it was perfectly dark. There is some slight street noise, but it worked as white noise for us. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to see everything that we wanted to see. Overall it was a perfectly wonderful property and should we find ourselves in Barcelona again, we would book it again.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Empfang, tolle Wohnung, sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, zentrale Lage in Altstadt, Diskotheken in unmittelbarer Nähe, bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein störender Lärm, klimatisierte Räume, sehr empfehlenswert!

Las Ramblas Gem

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great location for seeing Barcelona. Exactly like it is in the listing. We were welcomed by the property manager Julio who was easy to connect with. Two little things that made this less than perfect. Some basic supplies in the kitchen like a bottle of water when we arrived would have been appreciated and the noise from people in the neighborhood below was a bit much but did die down in the early morning hours. I would stay here again absolutely.

Nice stay in Barcelona

Nice place. Great location. Thanks to elevator, which is rarity in the area, Apartment on 4th floor with stiff hike was easily accessible. Julio was a great host and very accommodating. Best restaurants minutes away. Projector TV did not have regular channels, but I don’t care. I have enough CNN and FOX home. Good spend a week without upsetting news Shower floor seal needs some work.

Great location and very nice property

the apartment was right at the center of Gothic Quarter. The apartment was well kept. The property manager's communication was timely. The apartment is meant more for adults than family with small kids as there are loverly decor etc it worked perfectly for us. The only 4 star with communication is not because of the service we received from the contact person. It's my humble suggestion to add some feature of providing local information. In particular for our case was how to find a car service at 4am to airport. Something may travelers don't know what to do... Taxis were readily available when we drove to airport at 4am but that's not something travelers would know. Uber wasn't working. I contacted our property management person but received no response. We found a car service online after all, but it would complete the "service" if you can have some helpful information to travelers. Not everyone will be online savvy etc.. Just a thought... not a complain

Tall man condo

This condo seems to have been designed by a basketball player as the counters are oddly high. We’re both fairly tall and found it just awkward but still useable. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit was clean. The bed was very comfortable which is huge for us. The neighbors were quiet and friendly when we met them waiting for the elevator. My wife complained about the comfort of the low end kitchen chairs and what seemed to be a home built couch. We loved the location as it was close to a lot of restaurants and bars, many of which we liked and frequented often in our time here.

Awesome apartment in a perfect location.

The space had everything we needed for our stay and was centrally located - walkable to shopping, multiple train stations, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again !
