Beach trip!

Our stay was perfect. Location is great! Beach access so close. Short walk to balboa pier or newport pier. Check in was super easy..clean..provided everything we needed. Parking great! Restaurants, shops all close. Would definitely stay again!

It has everything you need. Air conditioning, bidet toilet were a plus. Close to everything.

Review

The picture was a little deceiving as it looked like a lot more room than there actually was. I would say a pretty good place for 2 people. The third person had a lot less privacy. Having to go to the bathroom thru the bedroom was uncomfortable for me. The bathroom was very small. Great TV though and the couch was comfortable. The accessories were very good. Everything we needed and more.

Fabulous location

Location is excellent, very clean newer appliances although the bathroom is tiny it suffices. Large shower great toilet. Negatives were the shutters were broken and the porch light was out, had to use the phone light to punch in the code and there was no manual on how to use the TV. Otherwise..would definitely stay there again

I stayed here for two weeks because I was in the area having surgery. The location is excellent. You were walking distance from the beach. You’re walking distance from restaurants. The negative for me was the bedding was beyond poor. I had to order DoorDash to deliver a new pillows. The place is very rough. There are a lot of holes in the wall. There are floorboards torn off. The trashcan needs a bad scrubbing. Definitely the location is great for a beach visit. On a sidenote, guest are asked to wash the dishes before they leave. I do not know if I would trust the previous guest to do a good job of washing the dishes. There were no cleaning supplies in the condo so the cleaners you see in the condo are courtesy of myself from target. I could never get the coffee maker to work so I had to order coffee daily from DoorDash. I did check out a night early because the condo next to me had a barking dog that barked constantly as the renters left the dog alone for hours.

Walls are a little thin for loud barking dogs at times and one night we had loud talking neighbors … but overall cozy and worth the money

Cute Spot , Not for Tall People

This is a perfect little spot when it comes to location and even its amenities. However, if you are a taller person, then this will be too cramped for you! As it was for us. I’m 5’7” and my boyfriend is 6’2”. That’s really the only downside for us. But on the positive side, the bed was very comfortable!
