Fabulous Broadwater Beach Villa at Broadwater Beach Geographe Bay

The Villa is a single level spacious villa located in the secure Broadwater Beach Executive Villa complex section adjacent to the Broadwater Beach Resort. Facilities include heated pool/spa and tennis court within complex, close walk to beach and playgrounds, nearby bar and restaurant, and an adjacent shopping centre and food hall.

The Villa has 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom overlooking the garden has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and there are twin long single beds in the third bedroom that can be converted into a king bed. There are also 2 foldaway beds should the group extend to 8 people (note not suitable for 8 adults, foldaways are for children only). The foldaway beds can either be put in the master bedroom or the living area. A portacot is available in the villa (no cot linen provided). Bed linen, doonas with covers, pillows, bath towels supplied. Beach towels are NOT provided. The bathrooms are modern and fresh with a full shower bath in the main bathroom.

The villa has a fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you cool on summer and cosy in the winter months. There are very comfortable lounges and 6 seater dining. The lounge area opens into an outdoor pergola area and a back garden with lawn perfect for family BBQs. The outdoor pergola area can be used all year round as it can be enclosed with weatherproof blinds and there is lovely outdoor dining setting and furniture.

For entertainment there is a large smart TV, DVD player and stereo in the living area and also a smart TV in the master bedroom. Free Wifi internet is available in the villa.

There is a covered carport directly outside the front door for convenient access that accommodates 2 cars only.

The Villa is privately owned and is furnished for the comfort and enjoyment of couples and families.

Please note the villa is NOT considered suitable for groups where the majority of people are under 25, such as for leavers or university groups, so please do not apply if this is the intended purpose.

The Broadwater Beach Executive Villas are located on Geographe Bay between Busselton and Dunsborough. It is a short drive to many of the south west attractions of Busselton and the vineyard region.

The accommodation was clean & well equipped. We had 5 kids ages between 7 -17, all had a great time & said wanted to come back again. Location was very convenient , close to amenities & access to beach was only a few mins walk! Cathy was very easy to communicate with & replies quick.

Awesome family holiday!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Broadwater Beachside Villa. The villa was so spacious, had a beautiful backyard and the location was so convenient. Walking distance to shops, pool, tennis courts, beach, playground and restaurant. We were provided with tennis rackets and balls and had a BBQ for our personal use. When I arrived home, I realised I had forgotten some jewellery and the owner was so helpful. She organised for the jewellery to be collected. We will definitely recommend this accommodation and we hope to stay there again soon!

This property was so relaxing & peaceful, we have booked again. The beds were super comfortable, there was everything we needed in the kitchen. Everything was lovely & clean. The 2 granddaughters loved the indoor pool & it was so close. Cathy was super helpful & replied straight away. Bring shower gel, shampoo etc & beach towels, then just enjoy. The shop is so handy & 2 mins walk away. The fish & chips are great. Thank you Cathy see you next time 😄😄😄😄

Perfect villa for a family getaway!

Cathy was such a pleasure to deal with from the moment of booking and even during our stay. Such a great villa that comfortably fit our family of 5 plus extra room for a few more guests with fold out beds-bonus coming with full bedding and extra towels. Walked in and the whole villa smelt so clean (and was), bathrooms have been renovated and perfectly functional, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need-made staying a breeze. Complex is quiet and you have access to pool/tennis court and are a minutes walk to the beach! We would definitely recommend a stay here, thanks Cathy! Linda

The location of this property is fantastic, so close to all amenities and the beach. The villa was very clean, large and had plenty of room for 7 people. The kitchen was very well equipped and the backyard was so nice and tidy and furnished lovely. Overall it was a lovely spot to stay and would definitely be back and would recommend to anybody.

Family get-away

The property was perfect for our family of 3 couples and small baby. Being situated within the Broadwater Resort complex there was lots to do. Heated swimming pool was lovely and only a short walk to the beach and playground. Would recommend for a family or couples stay.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay. We were 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was clean and modern. It seems to have been renovated recently. Everything was organised well. I recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a family trip with good place to stay. We did not use indoor swimming pool but visited the beach ( just 5mins walk) Nice coffee shop only 2 mins away from the house! Communication with the owner was great and very thoughtful. We wish we could stay longer! Thank you
