We’re sorry to hear that the key collection process and some of the amenities caused inconvenience during your stay. The property is a “not linen provided” listing, but we understand that clearer communication about what essentials (such as toilet paper and towels) are included would have been helpful. We’ll review our listing details to make sure these points are clearly outlined going forward. We also appreciate your note regarding the rubbish bins and dining table. However your concerns were not raised during your stay and we could not address the issues without any photos. On departure no comment was made/given to staff, who assumed you had a enjoyable stay.
