Maple Drive Lodge Getaway - Perfect for Large Groups!

A beautiful totally remodeled up north feeling home. Grandview Getaways is proud to announce we have a second property in Alexandria, MN, Maple Drive Lodge! The Lodge features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a loft with futon, living room with sleeper sofa, dining area, kitchen and two laundry rooms. Please be aware the house does have sky lights to let the natural light in. But that's not all, the amenities and activities are endless! Just one mile from the public access for Lake Burgen and Lake Victoria. Lake Victoria is the start of the chain of lakes too! Plus, lower rates since you aren't directly on the lake, could it get any better?

There are great views from all rooms of the surrounding woods. The home is nestled on four acres with wet lands - lots of wildlife sightings! The home is built on a concrete slab so accessibility is easy; no stairs to contend with. Home has been totally remodeled in 2018 and boasts three and one half baths; four generous sized bedrooms, a gas fireplace and custom kitchen from Cabinets by Carter.

License #1867 - Overnight capacity is 12 people ages 6 and up with children 5 and under not included in the total. Not more than 12 additional daytime guests for a total of 24 TOTAL guests on the property (aged 6 and over) are permitted by Douglas County VRBO requirements. Owner may have additional requirements. Parking is limited to 8 cars with no street parking at this property.
