This stay worked out well… the proximity to the beach, restaurants and pier 60 was great .The host was very responsive and all in all we would definitely stay there again.

2 min walk to the beach and about a 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and the best ice cream shop with the most amazing milkshakes! Perfect location and house was so clean! Will definitely be back to stay again!

Great place to stay. Close enough to everything but still nice and quiet in the evenings. Very clean and host is very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Walk was easy to beach. Property lacked places to hang towels and swimwear to dry. Place was nicely furnished. Did have to buy hand soap for second bathroom. Overall nice place and location is great.

Hi Jim, Thanks for the review. We actually do have hooks behind the bathroom door to hang bathing suits and such. We do supply initial supplies of soap, paper towels and Shampoo. We would have been more than happy to drop additional soap off to the unit if that was an issue. Sincerely, Mike

This place is a dump. We were booked for three days but we left after one night. We didn’t even have sheets for the pull out couch that was all stained up. Very dissatisfied and a huge disappointment

These guests called me the day of check in a panic because they said that they had not received the check in information. I reviewed with them all of the checkin information and then waited on the phone whie they entered the Condo and inspected it. They said everyting looked fine. The next morning I received a text telling me that they unexpectedly needed to leave and asked if there was a refund available. They never mentioned any issues with the Condo. I told them that there was no refund available.later that evening they called VRBO directly complaining about the all of the problems with the Condo. IF there were problems with the condo not sure why they did not mention them to me that morning. Any issues would have been addressed immediately and taken care of. Instead after complaining that evening to VRBO and again asking for a refund they just left.

Amazing stay!

The condo was impeccably clean within a quiet area. The location was superb, within 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the local restaurants. Also the mattresses were the best I have ever slept on. Definitely will stay there again.

Great location close to the beach, pickle ball courts, and beach front restaurants. Plenty of parking space right next to the unit!

Excellent 1st visit to Clearwater Beach

This condo has the perfect location! It’s very quiet and peaceful and only a short walk to all the action offered at Clearwater Beach. My kids really enjoyed the nearby playground and communal pool. I loved how close it was to the beach! We’d definitely stay again!

Great vacation

We loved the location! Very walkable to many places and so close to north clearwater beach, which was a lot less busier. My teenagers even played at the park across the street, and we used the rec center pool. It was the first reopening and we got in for no charge.

Wonderful appartment with everything you need and within 5 mins walk of the beach and around 15 mins of pier 60. New kitchen and appliances (fridge and dishwasher) and new flooring throughout. Bedding and towels also provided, even a few extra to take to the beach!

Wonderful

Clean, spacious, offered beach toys & chairs, plus close to several good restaurants & the beach. If I come back to Clearwater would stay here again.
