Amazing stay!

The condo was impeccably clean within a quiet area. The location was superb, within 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the local restaurants. Also the mattresses were the best I have ever slept on. Definitely will stay there again.

Excellent 1st visit to Clearwater Beach

This condo has the perfect location! It’s very quiet and peaceful and only a short walk to all the action offered at Clearwater Beach. My kids really enjoyed the nearby playground and communal pool. I loved how close it was to the beach! We’d definitely stay again!

Great vacation

We loved the location! Very walkable to many places and so close to north clearwater beach, which was a lot less busier. My teenagers even played at the park across the street, and we used the rec center pool. It was the first reopening and we got in for no charge.

Great Location

We traveled to FL for a wedding. The place was newly remodeled, very nice and clean! Everything New! Close to the beach, bars, eating places! Everything you want to do or need is right there! I would highly suggest this place to anyone and would definitely go here again! Host was so nice and able to answer any questions! Very Friendly!

Perfect Spot!

This hidden gem was perfect for our family of 3! We were down for a volleyball tournament in front of Frenchy’s and the location was the perfect walking distance. Such a quick and easy walk to the beach. It had been completely renovated with brand new everything! The beds are VERY comfortable (which is hard to find when traveling)! I chatted with Mike a couple times before and during our stay, and his responsiveness and hospitality is top notch! If we return next year for this tournament, I will be seeking out this place for sure!! 5 stars all around!

Great location

Don’t pay higher prices to stay on the beach! This was in a nice quiet neighborhood and only a very short walk to the beach, many great bars and restaurants. And the air conditioning worked wonderfully.

Beachy Keen 2 is the perfect place in a great location . Quiet neighborhood only 2 blocks from the beach! Everything is within walking distance. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here….you won’t be sorry!

Clearwater vacation

Unit was very clean, but dated. Great price and location! Bedrooms need ceiling fans and I wish there was a hair dryer. Other than that, I recommend!!!

Great Location

The condo location was key! Just a simple walk across a park to the beach. Shopping and all night life were easy walking distance. The condo was clean and we kept. We would certainly stay here again.

Thanks the memories!

It was a great location. Close to the action on the beach but more family neighborhood friendly. We had a super time. Towards the end I was wishing for a pool, loved the Jolley trolley, and Frenchys. Would rent again.

Amazing location

We enjoyed our stay at Beechy Keen. It was so awesome being so close to the beach. You literally walked through a kids park/playground and it was right there. Can’t beat it really. Nice to have a parking spot as well. I would stay again😊

Clearwater retreat

This location is great! Distance to the beach and restaurants is walking distance. The place itself is very comfortable and spacious! Beds are comfortable and this unit was clean . Would recommend this place and we would come again! Thanks Micheal for everything!

Quaint Getaway

Clean house, in a great location, and is only a couple of blocks from the beach and the main drag of Clearwater Beach. We also had some beach stuff available to borrow. We also contributed to the equipment to help other families. Appreciated the chairs and stuff to use.

Stay was comfortable and close to all activities

My family enjoyed our stay, all dishware, linens, towels were there. 2 separate bedroom and bathroom there, was very convenient with 2 kids, good tv. One block from the beach, 5 minutes walk. 10-15 minutes walk to sushi cafe, CVS, all souvenir stores. And it is quiet street, no bars with loud music, no restaurants. We are glad we spend our vacation in this apartment. Thanks to Michael for all accomodations.

Cousins Vacation

Great price amd amazing location. Beach umbrella, cooler, wagon and chairs were fantastic to have available. Great location to all shops, beach and restaurants. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, nice living space to chill and relax in evwmings. FIRESTICK was great to have. Each room had a small TV which was nice to unwind with at night to fall asleep. My cousin and I enjoyed sitting outside at night. Very clean but could use a fresh coat of paint and a new shower head in small bathroom. But overall....GREAT place to stay. Thanks for a great vacation

What a beautiful Apartment near the Beach

What a beautiful apartment. The location is just top. In a few minutes you can reach the beach and in the accommodation you have everything you need for a beach day. The apartment also has great bedrooms and a very spacious living room including kitchen and dining area. The only thing that could be somewhat criticized would be the very small kitchen and that the stove could possibly times new. But the location and everything else made the whole thing fly away. Within walking distance are many restraunts, bars and small nice stores.

Beach Getaway

My only issue with the property was the beds. It listed that there was a king and a queen bed. There was not a king bed. One bed was so high up, it was difficult for me to climb in. (I have a bad knee) But other than that, I was fine with the condo and its location

Spring Break 2024

The location is wonderful as you are only a couple blocks from the beach and restaurants and have the rec center within a block as well. We walked everywhere as parking is expensive. The pool was great and we played pick up pickleball 3x during our stay. Very safe area and we always felt secure. The host is very attentive and addresses any issue right away. The property has lots of extras, especially for the beach like chairs, toys, floats, things we didn’t need to worry about packing. The electrical for devices could be updated but we made it work. It was nice having smart TVs in living room & both bedrooms. If we come back to Clearwater we would gladly stay at this property again.
