Wonderful holiday spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is huge, clean and beautifully set up to allow a relaxing break. The location is perfect and we loved that we could walk into town, to the local pool and skatepark. We will be back!!

Great spot and views

House was large, clean and had a great view. Few min walk to town and 25min drive to snow. We had a great time there, definitely book it again

Great for families

House was great for 2 families we had one family upstairs and one downstairs. Walking distance to parks and shops. Limited supplies (2 dishwasher tablets) and there was a missing heater remote in one of the downstairs bedrooms. But would stay again and highly recommend.

Our stay at Greenlands Guest House in Marysville was absolutely fantastic! The large two-story house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The property was immaculate, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Marysville!

Great escape

Great facilities, stunning views, lots of room. Easy walk to the shops. Unfortunately no WIFI Overall a great place to stay and we all enjoyed every minute. Will be coming back again

The property was as advertised, great view, walk to all shops and restaurant's but on the down side could have been cleaner and there was no soap for the shower, and no hand towels and no tissues, and dirty frying pan as well.

Nice home needs some love

Family had a great time at the house. Overall cleanliness of the house was a little poor such as the kitchen and outdoor area, especially the bbq. Could help with a more up-to-date tv. Beds were comfy and layout of the house was great.

Needs a good spring clean and general maintainence

Mould in bathrooms,dusting ceiling fans, dirty toilets.Deck balastrade wobbly not safe for small children.Beds comfy and great position to town.We left bbq cleaner than when we arrived.Great house just needs a good scrub.

Location Good - House Big - Clean not so good

The house location is good, walking distance to town centre. The house is big, comfortable for 10 adults. It has 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The downfall on this property is that, it's not very clean. Lots of spiderwebs inside and out, carpet looked like it hadn't been vaccumed. Furniture in lounge, dining chairs and beds weren't comfortable. The kitchen not very well equipped, the oven trays were disgusting. The house needs a deep cleaning inside & out.
