Nosie 1 boasts three bedrooms, ensuite, main bathroom, powder room, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, family room featuring an LCD TV and DVD player, a separate fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer and balconies off all upstairs bedrooms. WiFi included for your convenience. Enjoy sitting on the rear deck overlooking the estuary with your family and friends. Direct beach access and walking distance to Sawtells main precinct.

Nosie 1 comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests:

Beautiful place and great location however there were some downsides being a stove that didn’t work, a faulty door into the balcony that jammed and an unsightly black mould stain on the ceiling in the living area.

Very Disappointing Experience at Nosie 1

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On arriving at Nosie 1, on entry the first thing we noticed was the very dirty glass stairwell walls and rear sliding doors. Sadly it all just went downhill from here, as we kept on discovering more and more issues with the property. It was dirty (too much to list), furniture was in poor condition, junk laying around in the back yard, threadbare towels and stained linen...the list goes on. It was clear this property had not had a deep clean for a long time. McGraths offered to send a cleaner to address our concerns, however after they visited, the property was still in a very unsatisfactory condition. Since then, McGraths have done nothing, I requested someone come to the property so they could see firsthand the issues, however this did not happen.I have stayed in accommodation all over the world, and do not consider myself to be a precious person but this property was by far the worst I have stayed in, especially for the price. Very disappointed in the whole experience and McGraths who have in the past been great but I will be reluctant to use in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Great location but the house could do with a good deep clean. The walls and certain areas are in a desperate need of a good clean. The oven door doesn’t shut properly and the TV has issues. The entry to the side entrance was blocked with what we assume was a chair they wanted thrown away. Real estate was easy to deal with even with zero actual contact only via email but that made it easy. With no A/C I probably wouldn’t stay here in hotter period so be aware is you don’t like heat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Nosie 1 and Nosie 2 for a few days (4 friends each wanting own bedroom and bathroom).Met all our needs. The outlook is amazing - right on the water. We took turns on each others deck at night for drinks and meals. Some stairs directly into the water would make it perfection. Possibly not suited for very small children due to access to water and rocky drop to water from yard.

Beautiful location

Reviewer Comments: Beautifully presented duplex with a studding view from the back deck and upstairs balcony over the estuary and out to the ocean. 2 living areas and 3 bedrooms - we were very comfortable. We left the car at home as it was only a short walk to the mainstreet cafes, restaurants and shops and we had wonderful access to the headlands walk, onto the beachwalk to Boambee Bay and back through Sawtell. We took advantage of the rainforest and boardwalks in the local towns of Urunga and Coramba. Played golf twice at the Sawtell course which was lovely. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great Location, room to move.

Large townhouse in size, lots of room for everybody to move around. Kitchen was fully equipped except for a toaster. House was tidy, but could of used a deep clean, especially being so close to the water thing tends to go a little salty. But we also booked last minute on a weekend so this could of been a reason for this. This Great booking experience, easy to do and pick up/drop off key super easy. I would recommend this place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: This place actually has ocean views... well it did have and now they are more Ocean glimpses. But ocean views are so rare in Sawtell that it’s better then nothing. The furniture and floors and cheap and getting old and uncomfortable. And the paint colours are truly horrendous. I would recommend an update and a rethink about the layout.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed a wonderful 3 nights here. The location is great, very close to the beach and also close to town. This was our first time visiting Sawtell and absolutely love this little beach town. Regarding the house the rooms were clean, the linen and beads were very nice. The kitchen however was a bit of a let down. The 2nd draw was overflowing with utensils, more then you would ever need to use some were dirty, some were rusted and I even noted mould on one of the wooden spoons. Just grossed us out and really let the whole place down. The rest of the kitchen was clean and while there was loads of crockery, pots and pans there was zero pantry staples. Some of the best holiday homes I have stayed in had a stash of basic pantry staples such as oil, salt and pepper. Would have been nice if there were some basics. The place is well set up and most of the furniture is comfortable and in good condition. There are however a few items that look old and out of place such as an old desk in the corner with a large chip in the desk top and a couple of old metal chairs cover in rust. I was not sure if they were designed with a rusted look or they were just old. Plus there were two lamps in one of the upstairs bedrooms that did not work at all.Good experience but could have been better.
