Monticello - Bahía azul, hermosa villa frente al mar, Ten Bay Dream- 10% DE DESCUENTO 2019

La villa totalmente renovada por dentro y por fuera se encuentra en un lugar privado único directamente en la bahía. La impresionante playa de Ten Bay se encuentra en el centro de Eleuthera, en el lado caribeño de la isla, cerca de Palmetto Point.

La playa parece estar protegida de las olas ásperas y es conocida por las aguas tranquilas ideales para los niños. El agua es azul con un fondo arenoso limpio y es poco profunda para un largo camino. Es ideal para la natación, el kayak y el snorkel, especialmente bueno en cualquier extremo de la bahía donde es rocoso. Todo ello rodeado de una particular arena rosa suave típica de Eleuthera. La playa siempre es muy tranquila, puede que conozca a algunas personas que están alquilando una de las casas en el área.

La villa de dos pisos puede alojar hasta 7 personas. El segundo piso tiene una cocina abierta totalmente equipada (refrigerador, estufa / horno, microondas, lavavajillas, ollas, etc.), sala de estar, un baño completo con ducha y un dormitorio principal con una cama king size.
El segundo piso también se beneficia de una gran terraza / balcón con una vista impresionante de la bahía.

El primer piso tiene el mismo tamaño de cubierta / balcón con una buena sombra. El primer piso tiene un dormitorio principal adicional con una cama king size y un tercer dormitorio con una litera doble. Un cuarto de baño completo grande con ducha también se encuentra en el primer piso, así como una sala de estar adicional con sofás, uno de ellos es un sofá cama completo. Hay una sala de lavandería con una lavadora y una secadora.

La casa ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias para experimentar un verdadero hogar lejos de casa perfecto. Con una gran selección de películas y un centro de entretenimiento completo, disfrutará cada noche en la casa. Contamos con TV satelital, reproductor de DVD, estéreo y internet wifi.

Un patio con sombrillas Tiki Hut está ubicado en la cubierta adyacente a la pequeña playa de propiedad privada para momentos inolvidables tocados por la brisa, una segunda sombrilla en el acantilado que sobresale del agua con una vista increíble.

La vista y las puestas de sol coloridas, hermosas e impresionantes hacen de este un lugar mágico.

The location was awesome! The bay has crystal blue water, and there’s so much wildlife around the house. Super spacious inside, with a generator that came in handy during the hurricane. The driveway is great and easy to find, and the bay is perfect for kids to play and enjoy

Amazing Place

This place was amazing. We had coffee on the deck every morning - and wine every night. We kayaked and snorkeled and just played in the Caribbean. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable! The owners and house managers were responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!! We will be back.

Amazing!

This was our first time on the island and this was the perfect location for my family. It is central to everything in the island and that beach…….it was perfection. My kids spent hours snorkeling all around Ten Bay. The house had everything we needed and the views were to die for. We will be back!!!!!!

Paradise South Palmetto

A waterfront beauty! Upper deck walkway through the Palms to a scenic breakfast table. Birds singing and breeze blowing. The beach is incredible. Quiet and usually sparse with people. Maybe 6-8 all day. The house is very nice and comfortable. A nice kitchen and bathes. Really a good spot. We’re going back again!!!

Well stocked, ideal location, great working appliances and a GENERATOR! Amazing home manager, owners were easy to contact with questions and were very responsive via email. I would absolutely book this home again.

Love the house! Its location on Ten Bay is great. House was spotless. Mrs. Williams met us at the house when we arrived and left. She & the homeowner answered any questions we had. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, hope to visit again soon!

Doesn't Get Much Better Than This

The location is amazing - steps to the water and great places to just sit and watch. The bay is quiet, calm and secluded. The house has what you need and the hosts are accommodating. Though on a remote bay, it doesn't take that long to get to the stores and restaurants. We'll be back again.

Great House in Palmetto Point

This house is perfect for a family getaway . Just as advertised..You are literally on the water. Short water walk to a private beach. No issues or complaints. Caretaker and the owner are both incredibly nice.

Absolutely gorgeous home on stunning Ten Bay Beach. A beach you can walk out into the water 1/2 mile and only chest deep waters. Amazing sandy beach. Barbara is super responsive and absolutely amazing to work with.

An amazing location!

This property is perfect for those that want Ten Bay to be their back yard. Just wake up and head out to the ocean. Watch the sunset from the deck. Nice central location to explore north or south. The screened in patio area was nice at night for keeping the bugs out. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking at home. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Managers and Owners were very responsive if we had questions. Give it a try - you will love it!

Amazing!

The house is exactly as described and pictured. It is super clean and the beds are comfortable. It sits on Ten Bay, a shallow sandy beach. The location is in the middle of the island and perfect for traveling north or south on the island. It's decorated/furnished nicely and the views are incredible. Mrs. Williams met us at the house to show us around and went above and beyond with her customer service. Responsiveness was top notch. We are a retired couple traveling with my sister, who had never been to Eleuthera. She loved the trip and the Blue Bahai. We will be back! were responsibe to us during our stay.

Loved Blue Bahia

My wife and I have been coming to twice a year Eleuthera for 23 years. This is the first time we stayed at Blue Bahia and we thoroughly enjoyed the property and location, so much so that we have already made our reservation for next year. The property manager was always immediately responsive to anything we needed (which wasn't much because the property is so well equipped) and made both check in and out very easy. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas for sun or shade and beautiful walks along the beach. If you fish, bring your rod. You will see bonefish every day along with many other aquatic life. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing Rental Property!

The rental house exceeded our expectations. The photos truly don't capture the property's full beauty! It offers exceptional privacy, allowing for a unique experience of walking to Ten Bay with water levels typically knee-high, occasionally ankle-high during low tide. The sunsets at Ten Bay and the stunning glow around the property were breathtaking. Communication with the owner/property manager was exceptional. The property is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a Blackstone grill, which became our daily breakfast companion as we soaked in the incredible views. Both decks are perfect for dining, playing cards, savoring morning coffee, and embracing the tranquility.

Ten Bay property is a 10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bahia! The owner Barbara and property manager Mrs. Williams were so easy to work with and available for anything we needed. The property is directly on beautiful Ten Bay. We’ve traveled to Eleuthera several times and Ten Bay Beach is one of our favorites! Central location to grocery store, restaurants in Govenors Harbour and exploring the north and south sides of the island. The house is setup great for families. We also rented kayaks from the owner and had fun exploring the area by water. This rental is a gem and the laid back island of Eleuthera can’t be beat! We also rented another property from the owner called Desert Rose on the Monticello Estate, which I’ll review separately. Equally great experience there on the Atlantic side.

Perfect property with a gracious host

We had to cancel our big family trip due to some of us getting COVID, but our son and girlfriend were able to go. They had the best time. The house was very large, clean, and the area was astoundingly beautiful. Barbara brought over a dsouble kayak for them, and provided extraordinary guidance for things to do in the area. The nearby food and live music was so much fun, and the kids swam with the pigs! My family can't wait to try again next season! Barbara refunded us $800 out of the kindness of her heart, even though she was not required to do so, because she felt bad that the rest of us couldn't make it. What a wonderful gesture.
