Fun weekend

2/10 Terrible

Nearly a tragedy

What Stayz advertised was an open fireplace which we were used to . Propertiy moms was in correct , the directions for aircon misleading , forgot to tell that a new thermostat was installed not listed , because of the open fireplace laden with wood , no sign stating not to use . We were insulted by them For lacking common sense 3 times .

Tatiana stayed with her friend. We do list that we have a wood fireplace which is 100% correct. Beside the wood fire place we leave a neatly stacked pile of wood for guests to put into the fireplace once they have the fire going. We do this so they don't have to go outside into the cold to get the wood. The fireplace is right beside the firewood. Tatiana set the pile of wood on fire instead of putting it into the fireplace. She has done at least $20,000 of damage and states as we didn't clearly state that the wood needs to go into the fireplace the error was ours. We have been hosting for 17 years and never had this happen in the past. We are so glad they are both ok but very disappointed that they have taken no accountability or even apologised for damage this stunning property.

Great Getaway!

Thank you for providing such a lovely home over Mother's Day weekend. The house was so relaxing and the tween and teen boys spent time in the pool and playing billiards... hardly looked a device! Definitely worth every penny!

Would book again!

This place is beautiful! The decor is amazing and the house overall is stunning! The communication was quick and my emails were replied to me nearly instantly. The bathroom drains were slow and a little blocked. The rug In the living had a lot of hair on it as my baby kept grabbing bundles of it. But I just moved it. The pool is amazing and the house is full of things that made the stay more easy! Games, toys , necessities etc. THANKYOU! We will be back!
