Born and raised in Canada, she embarked on a global odyssey, living in eight different countries and traversing over fifty.

With almost two decades of combined work in international education, travel planning and entrepreneurship, it was amidst her global sojourns that Eva discovered a unique passion for the world of short-term rentals. Having personally lived a life sampling STRs on no fewer than five continents, she transformed that experience into expertise. Eva became an aficionado in crafting stays and curating experiences that linger in the hearts of her guests long after they've packed their bags. Whether it's the choice of furnishings, the ambiance of the space, or the personalized touches that greet guests, Smoky Mountain Vistas' cabins stand as a testament to Eva's commitment to hospitality excellence.

Luvia is originally from Guatemala but spent 9 transformative years in the United States teaching Spanish. She is a loving wife and a proud mother to a son who is diligently pursuing a career in medicine. Professionally, Luvia served for 11 years as an executive assistant for a non-profit organization that focuses on educating underprivileged students by supporting families who make a living scavenging recyclables in the garbage dump.

She has over 20 years of experience in administrative management. She is adept at working collaboratively to ensure high-quality results with commitment to achieve goals. Known for her unparalleled organizational and communication skills, Luvia goes above and beyond, striving to make every interaction, every event, and every stay a 5-star experience.
