There was an extension cord with items plugged in the two year old found. Most everything else was good. WI-FI issues that were worked out. The house was set up perfectly for our family.

Very nice long weekend.

Very nice long weekend. Beautiful area, the deer are amazing. Good website; easy to deal with once the decision was made to rent. Clear instructions. On the negative side, there was very poor response to email questions. I sent emails 2-3 times with questions that were never replied to.

Too much chlorine in the hot tub.

Too much chlorine in the hot tub. I tested it with test strips. Showers are working randomly - cold/hot water sometimes disappears when someone else is using another shower/toilet. No keys when we arrived - the house had an unlocked door.

We loved the large, open living room with plenty of comfortable couches. The large kitchen and dining table were also great. The hot tub was a great size and location. The property is in a great location, too, with more privacy than the last house we rented. The staff was very helpful overall, and responded promptly to the water issue (maybe a broken pump) that we experienced on Sunday morning.

Several light bulbs were out, including front porch, which made it challenging getting in the building, with the snow. I rented two houses last weekend. One had a snow shovel on the porch, the other did not. Again, making it rough getting in. In both houses, there were several light bulbs burned out. In one of the houses, it will challenging to get the temperature set. There was a mix of old and new thermostats, and it wasn't clear which one(s) affected the heat. The ceiling fan/light didn't work. Remote controls didn't have batteries. These are all "small" details, but create the impression that it is not well maintained. Also, for the housing community, I think it's poor that guests have to haul their own garbage, in their cars, down to the front of the plan. A little bit of service goes a long way. Overall, our experience was good; however, these details may keep me from returning.
