The hostess was wonderful at communicating with us, sending pictures of moose in the area! We appreciated that the hostess was willing to share anything in the house, especially both garage stalls! The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc, and has many games, DVDs, books for all ages. It's a great property!

Amazing property

This place in Blue River was perfect for our mountain vacation. Plenty of room for our family with a homey feel. Close enough to Breckenridge to be able to enjoy the town as well! The host is very kind as well!

Beautiful location and wonderful host!

Marilyn was a great host, answering questions ahead of our arrival and even checking in with us after a day to see if we needed anything. Beautiful view from the home and just minutes from downtown Breckenridge, the house had everything we needed.

Get location and very comfortable

Place was great. Short drive to Breck and in quiet neighborhood. Host was great and home was well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great stay

The house was in an excellent location just outside of Breckinridge. The furnishings, kitchen, and rooms were very nice and spotless. The instructions left by the host was very concise. We would definitely book again. Thank you!

Perfect place for our family! Gorgeous views!

This place is awesome! It’s bedrooms were very comfortable, the host is amazing, and the views (yes, there are views from every room!) are absolutely gorgeous! This house is a close drive to downtown, but away from the hustle and bustle. We loved everything about this place, and we would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Property had excellent location and provided adequate space for our party . Owner was responsive to our questions. There were several items that we could have used that were not readily available such as a toilet plunger and a set of sheets for the futon.

Great Location

This was an absolutely great location! Very quiet and only 20 minutes to the North Gondola Lot! It really does have amazing views from every room! Layout was great and it was well stocked. Marilyn was a great host and we would stay here again!

Great family vacation

Ski vacation

We enjoyed our ski vacation stay with a family of six, mostly adult children. Very beautiful, spacious home. Just a short drive to the busy Breckenridge downtown. Parking is tight at the townhome if you have a large vehicle. Definitely need four wheel drive to ensure you can make the driveway with snow. Thank you Marilyn!

Great property

We loved staying here! Marilyn, the owner, was awesome on answering any questions we had. There was plenty of room for us, the kids and grandparents and only 10 min drive to Breck! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home!

This was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at! The property was beautiful, very clean and very large to accommodate our family of 7! Marilyn, the host was very helpful and communicative and we appreciated her hospitality! We will definitely be staying again if given the opportunity in the future!

Mountain View from every room - review

This property was exactly as described and the views were fantastic. My family (wife, daughter, mom, & mother-in-law) were all very comfortable here. Marilyn was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. She even helped with activity recommendations and gave advice on how to minimize the effects of altitude sickness. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone interested.

Amazing Family/Friends/Work Vacation

We had a great time in this wonderful home. We spent over a month living, working, and vacationing. The home is very well appointed and maintained. Family and friends visited during our stay and the layout worked well for a group. An easy drive to skiing in Breckenridge. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation. Marilyn our host was very responsive a pleasure to work with. We are dreaming about a return trip already.

Super Ski Getaway

We had a wonderful pre-Christmas ski vacation staying in Marilyn's home in a lovely quiet neighborhood just outside of Breckenridge. The layout was perfect for our family and the house was very well appointed. With the Covid restaurant restrictions in place, we brought along all of our food and I found every pot, pan, and tool I needed to prepare all of our meals in Marilyn's beautiful kitchen. I would definitely recommend this Blue River property for your next mountain adventure!

One of my favorites!

I LOVED this property! Marilyn's home is beautiful. It felt like home the second we walked in. Extremely well appointed. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was ideal. The location is perfect - straight shot to downtown/Main St. - only took about 10 minutes to get there. Hands down, one of my favorite rentals I've ever stayed in. We didn't want to leave. :)

Great property, beautiful location, friendly and helpful owner!

Stayed here for 1.5 weeks with my family. House had all the amenities, plenty of space, and gorgeous views. Owner was great with communications and local tips. Location is right between Hoosier Pass and Breckenridge, about 10 minutes to each. The 10K altitude can be a bit challenging, but local oxygen services deliver same day concentrators which can really help with any altitude sickness, especially at night. Foxes in the neighborhood are fun to watch, and we saw moose on the road into town a couple of times. Would definitely recommend.

Winter Ski Stay!

The house was beautiful and very well appointed! Just about 6-7 minutes from the outskirts of Breckenridge so it was easy to get to the slopes. They had everything you could need in a VRBO. My only recommendation is to make sure you have a 4 wheel drive car. The driveway is a little steep and if you get any snow a 2 wheel drive car will have issues. Otherwise this house is great, well appointed with plenty of space for a large family!
