We loved our stay at Toes in the Sand Hilton Head! The condo was equipped with all you needed for a beach getaway including beach day gear (so helpful)! Ideal location for quick beach access and local amenities! Easy check in and check out procedures, very responsive hosts, awesome beachy vibes! Highly recommend staying here!!

Very nice

Very nice condo, very clean and well stocked. Practically next door to many shops and restaurants and just a quick walk to the beach. Owners were very communicative and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised and the location was phenomenal. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location to shopping, restaurants, the beach, ice cream, etc..and there was a pool right out back which was nice! The hosts were extremely easy and nice to talk to and maintained fast and responses throughout our stay!

Great Condo and Location

Excellent stay and great location. The only complaint is noisy people above us stomping around until 1:30 am. Even with that, I would stay here again. Owners were very good with sending information and communicating.

We enjoyed our stay at Toes In The Sand..The location was perfect for us being first time visitors to Hilton Head.So many great things close by,most nights we walked to dinner.The beds were very comfortable,showers were great.The condo was spotless well stocked and decorated beautifully.The communication before our check in was the best we have ever experienced.We had a great time and would stay here again!

Enjoyable Stay

The condo fit the profile description. It was clean, filled with all the necessary amenities, and the accommodations were better than most hotels and some resorts. The showers were amazing, particularly the one with double shower heads. The beach accommodations are an additional nice touch. The space is comfortable and the pictures aligned with the condo's profile. The hosts were very accommodating and engaged. We would certainly stay here again.

The location couldn’t be better!We have older teens, and they loved being right in the heart of the plaza, everything they needed was just steps away. The hosts truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient. When the strap on my bathing suit unexpectedly broke, I was so impressed to find a sewing kit in one of the drawers. Little thoughtful touches like that really make a difference.The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. The only thing to note is that the beds are quite firm. That’s not ideal for me personally, but I recognize that’s a matter of preference, so I wouldn’t dock a star for it.Overall, we had a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Wonderful!

Everything was more than excellent! Location was prime with not more than 5 minutes walk to the beach and stores and restaurants were just across the street. Apartment was very clean and had everything that you need for stay. The owner is very nice gentleman and the communication was so easy with him. Looking to come back next year!

Relaxing visit after Helene aftermath

We live when Helene hit. So having this relaxing retreat with family the beach and everything we needed was so very nice. Especially having electricity 😊. We thought we would give a little back and added water and drinks to the fridge for the next guests. This is our 3rd or 4th stay and it has never disappointed. Thank you 😊

Coligny Plaza, The Beach are just a few minutes walking distance, which is great. We have stayed here several times and the owners are top notch! I hate not giving 5 stars but this time the Villa was not as clean as usual. One Bathroom was a bit dirty on the toilet seat, sliding entry door, shower and sink, floors were not cleaned well (crumbles and not swept under tables, chairs, bed sink etc., there were dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets and drawers and the ice machine was black where the ice comes out. I did have to clean up a bit before settling in. We did have a problem with bugs, which the host sent someone to spray very quickly. We did not like that this happened but the hosts were quick to remedy anything we discussed. We had plenty of shops, restaurants and things to do close to us as the weather was chilly and rainy a few days so that is great to have. All in all we would go back again because the hosts are very good at reaching out to help. We made sure to leave it clean and tidy for the next vacationer.

From the owner: "We were so disappointed to hear about the cleanliness of the unit, and I have discussed with our cleaning crew to ensure this doesn't happen again. While pests sometimes do creep in, luckily, we were able to get a company in right away to take care of things. Glad you otherwise enjoyed the unit and the proximity to everything!"

Amazing!

Such a beautiful little condo in the heart of everything!! We felt at home as soon as we walked in! The condo is decorated soooo cute and was soooo clean!! We could walk to get groceries, shopping, and many restaurants!! Plus everything you need for the beach was available, including a beach wagon to pull it all in!! Mike & Sue are the perfect hosts and were only a phone call or text away!! We will definitely be back!!

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The unit itself was very clean and nicely renovated. All of the extras were thought of and available for us to use. Great location with the beach within a very close walking distance. We were a little disappointed about the unexpected outside building renovations taking place and being unable to use the balcony at all during our 5 night stay. This end corner unit was a bit loud at times with people walking up and down the outside entrance stairs and hallways.
