This modern Pacific City beach home is located in the Shorepine Village. A family friendly and pet-ok home perfect for a getaway! Enjoy relaxing on the large patio, riding bikes around the quite neighborhood, and the ease of the short walk to the beach!
On the main level downstairs you can enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace and let yourself sink into the comfortable sofa and chairs in the living room as you watch you favorite TV show or browse through the homes collection of DVD's. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table set for 6 and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter giving you options for dining. Off the dinging room is a patio with a gas BBQ, outdoor table and chair set and some lounge chairs that are perfect for relaxing as you listen to the ocean and smell that salt air. In the large garage you'll find multiple bikes that are great for ridding around in the Shorepine Village paved street neighborhood or ridding up to Cape Kiwanda. You are walking distance to miles of Sandy Beaches and many walking trails.
You'll find all 3 bedrooms upstairs. A spacious king primary bedroom with a full bath, and flat screen TV, across the hall is a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a kids room with a full over twin bunk bed. Summerhouse cottage is walking distance to miles of sandy beach and is a quarter of a mile from the Pelican Pub and Brewery, Cape Kiwanda, and many other great restaurants and shops for your vacation fun.
