I gave the property manager and VRBO time to remedy this situation, but they have refused. I want to make it perfectly clear that I cordially tried to handle this for many days. I had to write a letter to the customer service team at Meredith lodging because of how unsatisfactory the BASIC amenities were at this property. To start, There were not enough towels for my guests and I. I took a picture of all the towels that were in the house, which were six bath towels. I had 14 guests in the house, the property said that it would support 14 guests. After 13 different attempts throughout the weekend to try and get more towels, I was treated terribly and put off by everyone I spoke to (Except for Wendy, she is exceptional). I was told verbally and in the VEBO chat multiple times that the towels would be arriving. The towels never arrived and the property management company started to ignore me. Had they been responsive in an appropriate manner I would have let go of everything else that transpired the rest of the weekend. But instead I documented every negative detail with pictures and videos. The review section does not give me enough characters to be fully transparent. But this was only the beginning. I want to warn anybody that plans to come to this property with a big group that it is beautiful, but your experience may not be as described. I hope if anything, this review is a warning to those considering renting a house from a property managed by Meredith Lodging.
