The rental company was very responsive. The home was very spacious and a great location. We were disappointed in the condition of the furniture and the overall cleaning and maintenance of the location. There are several things in the house that need attention. We sent in pics to the rental company.

Great house

House is in a perfect location with lots of space to enjoy with friends or family. Property manager helped us with late check in and communicated with us prior to our visit. Would stay again.

Family getaway

The house was amazing! Our group of 8 enjoyed every minute of the stay. The weather was hot and humid and when we had problems with the AC, one call and someone was there to fix it right away. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location

The location of the house made it easy to get to the beach with small children multiple times each day. The house is large and gave us more than enough room. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. Great place for multiple families!

Perfect Location and Size

We had a large group of adults. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and sleep. And the beach, shops, and restaurants were so close (less than 5min). The property management was quick to respond to all of our needs. Definitely recommend.

Tybee Island Retreat

We had four couples in the house and it was perfect. Lots of space and nice amenities. The door locks are a little tricky at first but once you get the hang of it, it's okay. There is a nice table and chairs on the roof but some really old wooden furniture up there that is really not safe or stable to use. Overall this is a great rental property!

Location great!

Location is perfect. 2 separate living spaces is perfect for extended family. Con; furniture desperately needs cleaned!! Serving plates chipped. All plates need thrown away. Front door does not latch. Have to lock to keep it closed.

Nice house!

Overall house was very nice, trash area could have been cleaned. Outside trash cans overflowing so bugs were everywhere. Was a pain because it was by the outside shower. Also the middle level AC struggled to keep up. Outside of that it was a very nice stay. Ps. Would also be nice to have a stereo system in a house of this premium. Speakers are there in the ceilings but no music system.

Location Location.

The house is spacious and you can’t beat the location because you are in walking distance to everything. We stayed in June when the temperature was in the high 80’s. Unfortunately with the 20 foot ceilings and windows, the AC in the main floor could not bring the temperature below 78. At first the maintenance crew determined some of the vents had been closed and they opened them. However that wasn’t enough to cool it down so the rental agency brought in a temporary unit and hooked it up in the kitchen window. The downstairs unit worked perfectly and it was cool downstairs. My family enjoyed the spacious home and the privacy that allowed. One of the partners of the rental agency called to apologize and offered a gift card to a local restaurant but they never followed through with that.

Location to the Beach is great but property needs serious care.

We enjoyed our stay in Tybee Island this past weekend. The property was a quick 2 minute walk to the beach, which you can see the water from the third floor deck. The first floor seemed a bit small but once you reach the second floor, it made up for the first floor. I came with my family and I appreciated all of the common spaces. I will say however, that were many areas of the house that needed attention. Firstly, both kitchen sink faucets were not working properly and in need of replacements. The freezers on both floors of the fridges have rusting shelves. The range in the upstairs kitchen was severely rusted and some of the burners also didn’t work. Three of the toilets in the house became clogged in the two days we spent there. Also, in the master bedroom, the bathroom shower system is in severe need of repair. The water didn’t come out of more than half of the shower heads (there are several above and on the sides of the shower), the ones that are working are rusted and only shoot water partially. Additionally, the removable shower head is being held up by a hairband. It won’t even adjust to a proper height in order to enjoy a shower. Lastly, on the day we checked out, I was on the top floor packing up for my kids when I noticed the maintenance room door was open. When I peaked in, I noticed natural light coming from the ceiling. When I looked up, a door to the roof was wide open! So basically someone could have easily come into the house from the roof!!!

Nice Stay

The house was great, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The location is perfect as you can walk to everything on the south end of the island. We had a couple of small issues that were addressed by the property manager immediately. We would rent this house again.

Weekend Getaway

The house is amazing. We had a slight ceiling leak issue in one of the bedrooms on the second floor in which no one could sleep in that room that night, we had to make arrangements for that. Other then that all was well once that was fixed and we were able to utilize the room the next day. Looking forward to staying there again bet year. Thank you!

Great home!

Location was great. We easily commuted into Savannah and enjoyed a cool walk in the beach. The second floor living space was perfect for our family gatherings. House is as pictured and very nice. Note: all the clocks need batteries. Just FYI not a big deal.

Family Time

The house was perfectly located for the beach wedding we were on the island to attend. It presented just as advertised. Very spacious, bright, and open. More than enough room for our group of 8. Would definitely rent here again.

Great place for a group of friends!

We had 13 ladies staying in the house for 4 days and we had a blast! There was plenty of space for all of us. The one and only drawback was no shower on the 3rd floor. The location was perfect. It was only a short walk to everything.
