Beautiful pool and outdoor room! We had some small cleaning issues however the owner was quick to respond and resolve. The overall stay was nice.

Quiet neighborhood

Very impressed!

This is my first time renting on Vrbo, and i was very impressed with the communication between the property owner and me - they were eager to answer any question i had to assure the stay was without problem. I would recommend this property to anyone and will keep it in mind for next year's vacation!

Great pool

House needs some work. Carpets are stained and dresser in kids room should just go in the trash. None of the drawers open. The tvs in the bedrooms didnt work either. Other then those things it was great. The pool is super warm. Quite neighborhood yet so close to town. Plenty of room in the house. Loved the outdoor area where the pool is. Nice grill for cooking. I would come back again.

Maybe Next Time It Will Be Cleaner

First let me say I never like to give a bad review and if I do it's because I gave them the chance to fix or remedy the situation and they did nothing. I've stayed at other nice Vrbo and rental properties in Fort Meyers FL and never seen dead or alive cockroaches on the property. When you get to the rental you go through the cupboards checking to see what they have and what you may need to get from the grocery store. As we checked all the cupboards the two above the stove had 3 dead cockroaches which from looking at they been there dead for a while with droppings all around them. Honestly being above the stove, I thought it was a bit unsanitary. I contacted the property owner and he said they spray for them and this is normal yet never offering to send someone over to clean them up and remove them. So this being normal I thought was an excuse. Also being a guest, he required the guest to take the trash to the curb. That to me is the property owners responsibility not the guest. We also noticed ants on the counter tops. He did have raid spray that we used but again never on past properties had to spray the ants. If you can get past the cockroaches the property was really nice and spacious. The pool area was wonderful and pool was very large and the whole pool area was kept up very nice. There was 3 bathrooms which were nice and the bedrooms were very large and spacious. If we didn't see or run into cockroaches on the property we would have given 5 stars

It was nice and the pool was awesome. The kids had a wonderful time swimming. The management was so nice and understanding. A true 5 star place too vacation.

Great week away

Last minute decision to getaway with my husband. This is a three bedroom home but it had a pool and the price was great for 7 days so I booked it anyway. We had a great time and we even were able to invite some family and friends over for a Father's Day bbq. We had an amazing time. The house is ready to use including floats and toys for the pool. And we were within 10-15 of everything. Publix, Walmart, the beach. Will definitely consider coming back.

Great location!

We really enjoyed staying at this property it’s pretty centralized to everything. Everything you could need is there including pool toys and rafts. Highly recommend this property.

For the price we paid Johann's villa is an absolute bargain . Ok it's not the Ritz but the location is perfect and it's spotlessly clean , also Johann is very attentive to any problems . Will look forward to staying again .

Brilliant value for money

If you are looking for a property with the wow factor, then you’re going to have to pay substantially more than you would for this home. What you do get with this property is genuine value for money. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and bars and a short driving distance to grocery shops. The home is spotlessly clean with all the linen, towels, equipment that you could possibly require. Then there is the pool...absolutely brilliant. Really good size, solar heated, indulgently warm! We had one very small issue and this was dealt with immediately by the owner. Our only minor criticism was the minimal amount of TV channels available. We enjoy news, current affairs and the TV package did not include the main news channels CNN etc. Some evenings we struggled to find anything to watch and reverted to BBC radio on line. If you are looking for good value for money then we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.
