A spacious executive apartment with a lofted king bedroom, located right off of the Square in Historic Pendleton and minutes from Clemson University campus. This home is perfect for short term professors, campus visits, sporting events, college reunions, and football weekends.

While staying at this home, you will be walking distance to the Historic Pendleton Visitor's Center, several boutique shops, numerous restaurants, a delicious bakery, many antique stores, an eclectic art gallery, Clemson Cross-fit fitness facility, Clemson Little Theater and more. Our home is less than 4 miles to Clemson campus, home of the Clemson Tigers and Clemson Botanical Gardens and Arboretum.

This charming apartment has a lofted bedroom with king size bed overlooking a spacious living and dining area with seating for 8, plus 1 1/2 bathrooms and a full kitchen with gas stove and washer/dryer. Bathroom has separate shower and claw foot tub. This apartment is romantic and inviting.... making it perfect for a couples getaway, anniversaries or just any reason at all.

Enjoyed our stay so much and the location was perfect for visiting with our son at Clemson. We even walked to the restaurant where we had dinner one night in downtown Pendleton. The lofted apartment was such a neat and well appointed space and had everything we needed for our stay! Wonderful place!

Perfect getaway close to Pendleton Square

Clemson Homecoming Weekend

The house is spacious and neat, the neighborhood is very charming and super convenient. Walking distance to ice cream, bakery, restaurants. Parking was in the driveway which was nice and everything in the house was in working order. No maintenance issues.

Mother/Daughter weekend visit

My daughter and I had the most fun mother/daughter weekend staying here. Her sorority had fun events planned for us and during our down time we could not have asked for a more perfect place to relax and enjoy exploring the town of Pendleton. There was a Jubilee festival going on with vendors and the restaurants, especially the Blue Heron, were amazing. We loved staying here and will definitely be back. The owner was so nice, friendly, and accommodating. We had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect visit

Just Perfect!

What a wonderful apartment near Clemson! Was in town for an event and loved my stay. Location was great one block from the fun Pendleton main square and the apartment with loft bed was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The owner and her husband were very responsive. Highly recommended and I'll book again when we come back next year!
