Amazing views

The communications were great, check in was a breeze, parking was never a problem.the unit was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed (we also found binoculars in the living room so we could zoom in on the whales). The views of the ocean made for an enjoyable time watching surfers, snorkelers, walkers, and whales.

Great stay with a few quirks

Amazing property and area for a vacation. Pool was great and parking was a breeze. Only a few things that made our stay a bit irritating ; our sheets had sand on them or “grains” of something, there were small ants/bugs crawling on the kitchen counters and night stand, the dining room table was wobbly and the water for the shower was either super hot or freezing, I wasn’t sure if this was from the shower nob or the water heater needing to be turned up. A lot of positives on this place! There were 4 beach chairs, pool noodles and beach towels were provided. Cable services on the tv, laundry in the unit and of course an amazing view from the lanai. Other than that, Charles was responsive and welcoming via text and answered any questions about the property and our stay. Would and WILL be contacting them again to stay another time.

Just OK for the price

The view is unbeatable for whale watching. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings until we noticed there were about a dozen wasps nests directly above us. Yikes. We liked the beach and pool access - parking was easy. The beds were comfortable. We were glad they had air conditioners in the bedrooms and a pack and play for our little one. The rental itself is dated and could use some simple upgrades. The host was responsive when we asked if they had any salt and pepper in the kitchen - the answer is NO but they do give you all the items you need to clean up after yourself. Using a public restroom was a treat after using the toilet paper they stocked - the towels were of similar sand paper caliber. It is seems like the owners think they are doing you a favor by letting you pay to stay there. I would equate this place to a three-star hotel with a five-star price tag.

Nice condo. You need to close curtains after 3pm and power on air conditioners to have a pleasant night. It’s very windy location. I do not know if it’s only spring time or always. But opening a kitchen window makes draft. Both restrooms are upstairs.

Lovely view!!!

We stayed here with our 2 teenagers for a few days in June. This is a lovely property. The view is amazing! The pictures online don’t do the view justice. The beach is across the street and we saw turtles everyday. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Shirt drive to downtown Lahaina. We would definitely stay here again!

Great townhouse

It was a very nice townhouse in a great location. I enjoyed having the beach toys available. Everything went well and there was no problems. Personal contact was available and responded quickly to any questions.

wonderful place to stay

Location of condo is great, close to everything. very easy check in/out process. Loved drinking coffee watching the ocean from the balcony.

Liked location and unit. One of two elevators was out of commission for two days. Noisy neighbors and barking dogs. Broken window in living room.

Perfect for us

This condo was located right across the street from a sandy beach. The views were fantastic. We saw whales and rainbows over the ocean. The condo was clean, communication with Charles was easy. This spot was perfect for us.

Plenty of room and great location however...

The good: Great location and plenty of space for a family of 5. Unit has air conditioning which we used a couple of times which was nice. Clean and well kept. Lots of beach toys to borrow. Beach towels provided as well as kitchen utensils. Nice breeze and outside views. There is a pool right outside buildings front door. Not so good: Showers never quite got hot. Our guess is that the water heater probably needs to be replaced soon. Yes, we were mindful of spacing our showers and taking military showers so it wasn't that we used all the hot water in 1 shower. For the most part this place was perfect except that on the last day, we turned the dishwasher on and all of a sudden, the kitchen was flooded. Looking under the sink, we saw that the dishwasher drain hose was not connected. It was a little stressful but we caught it right away and we had plenty of beach towels to use. We gave it a rating of 3 out of 5 mainly due to the showers.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time here. The view from the balcony is STUNNING and has the best sunsets in town. Its in a great location (far enough away from the resorts, but close enough to them if you want to go), and just steps away from a great beach. The condo is equipped with everything you need, including beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear and an umbrella. Charles was very professional and super responsive. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Great Condo, Great Location

WE loved staying at this condo. It was super clean. The rooms were spacious. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchen has pretty much anything you would need. A keurig, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc. The location was beautiful. Easy to get to the beach in any direction. So many options for food. We frequented the Beach Grill at the Kahana Sands resort right across the street. Great food! There is a Whaler's Market just up the road that we also frequented. Great chicken, ahi, and all the necessities for a beach picnic! There is a boss frog's right next door as well as another little market, boutique, Dollie's restaurant and miso phat sushi place. Easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable. Slept great. We were delighted to be able to have beach chairs, beach towels, and bougie boards right there without having to buy. Charles was very nice and made sure we didn't need anything. Highly recommend!

Great view, everything available you could need

Charles was very nice & the communication was great. The condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The view is spectacular and not a bad location if you’re looking to be close to everything you need yet a little removed from the touristy beaches. Would definitely book here again. Thanks for a great stay.

Great accomodation but....

Host: Great! Contact from arrival to departure. Location: Great! Location near the 2 favorite beaches; Kapalua and Napili beaches. Less than 5 minutes away from condo. From our balcony, we could see the ocean. Got to see great rainbows and sunsets. Sleeping arrangesments: Great! 2 bedrooms upstairs with king size beds. Downstairs with sleeper sofa. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Lots of elbow room. Kitchen: Great! We had everything we needed, even a rice cooker and Keurig coffee maker. Bathrooms: 2 upstairs bathrooms with showers. Ammenities: Great! Host provided towels, beach towels, 2 boogie boards, washer and dryer, stove, microwave, pool, dishwasher, TVs in every room. Rating: 3 out of 5. Why 3 out of 5? During the first 1/2 of our stay, hot water was only available for 1 shower. We let the host know but don't know if it ever got repaired since we instituted military showers; get wet with cold water, turn off water, lather with soap, rinse with semi cold water. On our last day, we decided to wash the dishes with the dishwasher...during the rinse cycle, water began to gush out from under the kitchen sink. It's a good thing we noticed it right away and was able to turn off the the dishwasher and throw on the floor all the beach towels that we had just finished washing and were nicely folded. A little too much stress right before we were about to checkout. Overall, if we did not have these 2 items, this would definitely have given our stay a 5 out of 5.

Good Location, Clean, But Dated

I didn't really want to indicate that the property wasn't OK. It is OK. We just didn't realize how dated it was. It doesn't look lilke anything has been updated since the 1980s. It is very clean. The manager informed us that the sink in the second bathroom was not working and would be repaired after we left. We loved having access to the elevator since it is 5 stories up and the view is beautiful. This condo is not on the beach, however. I am sure that was in the description but we missed it. It wasn't difficult to get to the beach however.

Beautiful Condo!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was very clean and check-in/out was very easy. The views from the master bedroom and balcony were beautiful! Charles was very responsive if we had any questions! I really appreciated that the condo had beach towels, beach chairs, etc. to use. The location to the beach was great - just across the street. Also conveniently located next to a coffee shop, a small store, and Maui Brewing! Will definitely come back!

Very happy experience

Charles is very easily accessible and respond promptly. All beach and pool stuff are provided. Location is good and we walk to beach in minutes. Very happy stay!
