En face du stade Navy and Marine Corps et Ă  distance de marche du centre-ville historique d'Annapolis - vous serez au cƓur de tout! Notre maison est un espace chaleureux et accueillant dans un cadre semblable Ă  un parc avec de nombreux espaces de stationnement et de rassemblement pour profiter en famille et entre amis. Amener des enfants? Ils apprĂ©cieront certainement l'espace enfant avec des jeux, des jouets et de l'art. Divertissant? Utilisez la grande cour, les terrasses et les espaces de vie multiples. Plusieurs familles? Profitez de deux suites parentales et de beaucoup d'espace.

L'espace

Notre maison dispose de deux suites parentales avec lits king-size ainsi que d'une grande buanderie avec laveuse, sécheuse, planche et fer à repasser. Nous fournissons également un pack n play et une barriÚre pour les escaliers.

Vous aurez un accĂšs complet Ă  la maison et au hangar.

Interaction avec les invités

Nous ne sommes généralement pas dans la région, mais nous fournissons les numéros du personnel de nettoyage et des personnes de maintenance que vous pouvez appeler si quelque chose se présente. Nous sommes également disponibles par téléphone et par e-mail si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Notre objectif est que vous profitiez de votre séjour!

The home was very clean and plenty of supplies. Excellent for our family of 6 attending a family wedding. The only issue we had was figuring out how to work the main living room television. But the downstairs television worked for us to catch the exciting end game of the World Series! Highly recommend!!

We were here for the Navy vs Rice Football game. No parking pass needed...just a very short walk to the entrance. Clean and comfortable home. Highly recommend anyone looking for an Annapolis stay to check this one out!

This property met our expectations!! The property was clean and well cared for and nicely furnished. The only recommendations I would make is to supply a full size ironing board and give a little better explanation of where the trash should go on trash day. Thank you Ashley for making sure the home was perfect for our stay!

Plebe Parent Weekend

Booking and Communication – The booking process and initial communication were excellent. The host was very accommodating regarding check-in and check-out times, which we greatly appreciated.Inside the Property – The home was generally clean upon arrival. We did notice some cosmetic wear-and-tear, such as broken blinds, broken towel racks, carpet stains, and some water damage in the basement. There were also a few minor inconveniences, like missing trash cans/lids, a TV remote with dead batteries, and several burned-out light bulbs.Outside the Property – The outdoor area could use a lot of attention. The deck furniture was very dirty, and grill showed signs of rust and buildup, making it difficult to enjoy the space. The outdoor lighting wasn’t functioning during our stay, which could be challenging for guests navigating the area at night.Overall – The property is in a good location (especially for a football game) and very convenient. However, we felt that some areas—particularly outdoors—could benefit from more regular maintenance and care to match the otherwise positive aspects of the stay.

Great Location for I-Day

This property was in a quiet little neighborhood...conveniently located for I-Day activities and to the USNA Stadium. The property manager was super easy to work with and kept in good communication. I would recommend this property to anyone coming for a game or dropping their child off for the USNA!

Nice place but some maintenance issues

Nice house in great location. Check in was easy. There were some maintenance and housekeeping issues when we got there. The biggest issue was that the "motion sensor" in the kitchen faucet did not work. Five adults tried everything possible to turn on the water without success. Fortunately, we were attending a wedding and didn't need to do much cooking. We had to go into the bathroom to rinse out coffee pot. Also, pillow cases were not put on pillows in several rooms.

BEWARE: the pictures listed are not accurate. Do not choose this home. It needs a complete overhaul and remodel. We were utterly disappointed by the condition of this home. I’m not sure how it has an “excellent” rating. As soon as we entered the home, we were met with a pungent musty and moldy smell. There were stains all over the carpets—one was definitely human or pet urine. The beds were unmade—old linens full of hair. The bathrooms were dirty—toilet seat broken. Used towels were hanging up. The basement floors were dirty. The outside steps leading into the downstairs basement were full of water—one more rain and that water would have come into the basement. There was no running water in the kitchen. Used condiment bottles were left on the counter.When I spoke to the owner, she sounded shocked and surprised that the home was in that condition. She stated she had “just left the home and it was not in that condition and that her cleaners always do a good job”. Thankfully, we were able to get our money back but we had to find accommodations at the last minute after flying in from out of town. The pictures listed are very old and not accurate. Please make sure to review the pictures I’ve uploaded BEFORE booking this place.

Lovely stay

My parents, children, husband, sister and I all visited Maryland for my nieces’ graduation. There was plenty of room (and bathrooms) for all of us to have our own space and my niece was even able to stay with us too while there! Great for a large or blended family.

Annapolis Girls' Trip

This is a very comfortable and well situated property to explore the Annapolis area. Parking is plentiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and there is a walking trail a block away to enjoy when you are not visiting nearby sights to see. You can also walk downtown. There is room to hang out together in the house or to find your own spot outside to contemplate the beauty of the backyard.

The location of this property is excellent. Very near grocery, restaurant, downtown and historical attractions. We are 4 mature ladies who get together for a week and this property was spacious and everyone had their own space.

Perfect for Commissioning Week

Seven adults stayed at this house for my youngest son's commissioning week. It's walking distance to the stadium which was perfect not only for the day of graduation but also for catching the shuttle to the Yard for the events leading up to the big day. We were even able to walk back to the house from the Yard after the Blue Angels show when the traffic and shuttles made riding more of a challenge. We really appreciated having a laundry room as well as an extra refrigerator with freezer for all of the food we brought for the week. Highly recommend!

Navy Retirement

Great house and location. There was snow the week of our visit and during our visit. It would have been nice if the walk into the house was shoveled before we got there and a shovel was provided to clear snow during and after the snow storm. Also, because of the snow the entry way got very slippery, a non slip mat or covering would have been nice. Otherwise we had a great stay.
