Totem House

¿Buscando unas vacaciones de playa despreocupadas? Ven a probar una estancia en Totem House, un retiro de cinco habitaciones para ayudarte a alejarte de tu rutina en la amplia playa de arena en Tierra del Mar, justo al norte de Pacific City. Con dos áreas de estar y una segunda cocina, Totem House es más que cómodo para 10 y hace que sea más fácil invitar a familiares y amigos a unirse a ti para divertirte en la playa. En la planta baja, los niños buscarán la sala de bonificación llena de diversión con TV / DVD, una impresionante colección de juegos de mesa y juegos de DVD, una mesa de futbolín y muchos asientos para la unión familiar. Comfortable beach vibes!

The house was right on the beach with great views. The 5 bedrooms easily accommodated our party of 7 adults. The house has a worn, comfortable vibe, and was clean and well appointed. The location felt remote, which provided the peace and quiet we were looking for.

Beach house

We live this location. The views and beach access were wonderful. We stayed in one of the uostairs bedrooms and was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the home was very clean. The beach is the backyard. We loved our stay and would definately stay again.

The View

This house was everything we could ask for. I have never rented a place on the beach and this was amazing. We basically had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Just sitting on that deck in the sunshine and hearing the birds and the ocean was so relaxing. Yes the house needs some update but then I would probably wouldn’t have been able to afford it. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Milestone Birthday

Beautiful View, comfortable. It can use some updating and fixing of blinds in bedrooms because we had to put a blanket over the sliding door in our room so no one could see in, outside deck steps and wood planks because of exposed nails. My family and I enjoyed our visit.

Great beachside house

Came with friends for a quiet getaway on the coast, this house was perfect for just that! Easy to find, great driveway, huge deck, great common spaces and perfect kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot with easy beach access. The home had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend with family and friends. Property management was responsive to any questions. Don’t forget to visit the Pier Ave.Rock shop for a great experience with the kids.

Perfect getaway

The totem house was fantastic. Cool and quirky, the house has tons of space and everything we needed. The ocean view could not be more amazing, and having the beach as our “backyard” was priceless. The whole family including our furry friends loved it. We had a great time, and will definitely stay there again.

Love this house!

My family has stayed at the Totem House multiple times and truly love it. The beach access and ocean views alone mark this property at five stars. Well equipped, comfortable home with space for a multigenerational getaway. Thanks for continuing to host!!

Great location at the beach

The location can’t be beat. Right on the beach with easy access. The home is outdated and the beds feel old and you can feel the springs in some of them. In general there is a lot of room for some upgrades by the property owner. That being said, we would stay here again just for the beach view and access. We had a great time!

Spectacular View of the Ocean

The home is clean and spacious. The beach access is right off the deck and there is nothing better than sitting in the family room watching the surf and waves. We had a great time. Too short but great.

Amazing view, classic Oregon beach house

The location of this home and the view out the back windows is amazing beyond words. It was perfect for an Oregon beach getaway because even during stormy moments we could thoroughly enjoy watching the ocean. Close to Lookout point hike, the sand dune, and the stores in Pacific City if you need anything. The property is as described and is a little dated in looks but it's very functional. All the couches and chairs are comfortable to sit on and enjoy times with your family. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. We mostly stayed on the top floor so we could enjoy the amazing view. Lots of games at the home that we tried out and it was nice having a washing machine/dryer. Being able to have our dogs with us was a bonus. Management company was a bit stingy with the soap as we only got two small bars to cover all the bathroom sinks, showers, and kitchen. They did bring us washcloths as enough were not left for our entire group. I loved our time at Totem House!

Beautiful location

A comfortable house with plenty of room for lots of family. Really well stocked kitchen with everything we could have needed in equipment. Not a fancy or brand new place, but comfortable. The second family room was great for the teens. Lots of movies and games provided which was a nice touch. And gorgeous beach views from the upper level. Really enjoyed our stay here. Pacific City was very close for small grocery trips.

Reviewer Comments: We have always stayed in Pacific City, it's our first time on the other side of the Cape, it's just as nice on that side, I ran all the way to the cape and there are some cool viewing areas on that side (crashing waves, etc.). The house is very typical, big and we had a blast playing foosball. Fun times!

RIGHT ON THE BEACH IS A DREAM!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is right on the beach and for a weekend with grandkids it was ideal. We had the beach to ourselves as there is really no beach access except from the other homes and NO ONE was out there. The home, though older, was nicely kept and the towels were better than any hotel. We will definitely look to rent again.

Exceeded expectations

The advertisement did not do full justice to the wonderful, size, functionality, layout, and location, absolutely great! Garbage can was very full when we arrived. Upper level east bedroom's electrical outlets do not hold cord plugs very well. Kitchen is awesome! We had a wonderful time and will consider this house for our next family gathering at the coast!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Granted the house is a bit.... rough around the edges, it really is an adorable, convenient and very well situated little house. The beach is right there, the house is clean and well stocked with needs (cooking utensils, bathroom supplies, towels and linens). The furniture could be replaced as it is not super comfortable but I would stay here again gladly.
