Cozy, comfortable and quiet

My family loved this condo! It was easy to access with no stairs. It was a nice, clean, quiet building. The beds were comfortable (even the pullout!) and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We loved having a real fire and the wood was right on the deck with fire starting supplies provided. The kitchen may not be the most updated but it's perfectly serviceable, all the appliances work and there are lots of plates, utensils, pots and pans. We didn't lack anything! We loved how close it is to the trailheads on Buffalo Mountain and it was very easy to get into town and to Copper Mountain. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked this place because the title line had “w/ hot tub” in it, but when we arrived all 4 hot tubs in the association were under construction. We would’ve sincerely appreciated the heads-up instead of feeling tricked into picking this place, and also wouldn’t have spent the extra money on a bathing suit during our trip into town.

Cute condo

Cute condo, been well worn and needed repairs but they didn't impact our stay. I let the owner know of the things I found and she was happy to get a list so she could address them. It is a great size for one or two people, any more and it would be pretty tight.

Great Stay!

Wonderful property in Silverthorne within 15-45 minutes of several great ski resorts. The unit was nice and spacious, amenities were great! Perfect for parties of 4 or less.

Amazing views

Place was super comfy and nice, had a wood burning fire place which we loved, a nice balcony with amazing views of the mountains, keystone, sunrise and Dillon village. Nice full kitchen did lots of cooking, bed was comfortable. The hot tub and sauna was closed but over all we had a great time. Would come back to this place for sure.

Papaw's condo was a delight.

We loved this condo!

We visited in June. Condo was as described and very comfortable. We loved the view from the balcony! Was also very convenient from the parking lot – no stairs. We had several big brand shopping outlets nearby. The highlight of the trip was the biking down the mountain back down to Frisco on all the paved trails. We loved this condo and will absolutely be back!

Needs some TLC

Condo is fully equipped and meets basic needs for a stay, but could use a little TLC. Gorgeous views of adjacent mountains. Mattress needs replacing as it is uneven and doesn’t allow for comfortable rest. Weatherstripping on deck door recommended to stop cold air from coming into living room through door gaps. Fridge works fine but has a rather loud humming sound to it, similar to a loud bath fan when running which doesn’t create relaxing environment when in adjacent living room. Reported fridge sound upon arrival (along with uncleaned condo) and received quick response to address; while the cleaning crew came shortly after, unfortunately fridge issue was unable to resolved during our stay. While we appreciated the attention/efforts regarding our concern, ultimately the Guest Contact (who we later learned was actually the owner, not Evolve representative) sent a very unprofessional communication to us, making it seem as if they didn’t believe reported fridge issue, and threatened to mark us as complainer guests if we left feedback on what happened. This interaction was reported directly to Evolve management, who was extremely professional, heard our concerns and noted that they will address with owner. Would definitely rent with Evolve again via HomeAway but will NOT rent this unit due to interaction with owner. Have used HomeAway / VRBO over a dozen times and always had positive experiences, so chalking this up to a one off issue.

Cynthia, we're sorry your stay fell flat of your expectations but hope enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The homeowner did everything in their power to immediately address the issues you encountered upon arrival. The owner had two different professionals inspect the fridge during your stay, and neither could find a problem. They also confirmed the noise was at an average, expected level. The maintenance crew was notified during your visit to weatherstrip the door, but we apologize they couldn't get to it during your stay. While mattress comfort is subjective, we're sorry if this specific one did not suit your tastes. Guest experience is a priority, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a five-star experience soon! Best, the Evolve Team

The condo is due to a rapid renovation and new fur

Everything is old in this condo and the pictures do not reflect the reality - appliances, furniture, dishes - the living room table leg fell off - overall building needs renovation (pool area) - safety issues - the fire alarm was disconnected My car was parked legally, but I got a sticky sticker to remove it - arriving in the middle of the nigh when it had snowed over a foot of snow and parking area was obviously not cleaned - I had to go to by the sticker removal liquid, while the management company apologized

Juha, we're very sorry your stay didn't meet your expectations. The homeowner would like to deliver the following message: "When you contacted me the night you checked in, I informed you that in order to get the lamps to work, the wall switch must be flipped up in the "on" position. I also called maintenance to install a new battery for the smoke detector. As far as the furniture, it's not new, but it's comfortable and has no rips, tears or stains that we know of. The furniture and appliances are reflected accurately in the online photos. Since you didn't text me photos the next day as I requested, and you stayed the entire time, I assumed you were satisfied. There is a small note on the coffee table to not slide across the carpet so that the leg doesn't fall off. The pool area also looks like the photo on the listing. The hot tub stays off. There is a button on the wall to turn it on, as well as a note to turn it off before leaving. As far as the parking goes, the entire parking lot is wide open. The only 3 spaces not allowed to park are directly in front of the walkway. There are signs that indicate this space is for loading & unloading only. We did have a recent incident with a guest bringing a dog that scratched the back of the bedroom door and the carpet. The condo is planned for upgrades after this ski season. You requested an early check in and a late checkout which I did approve for no additional charge. I'm very sorry that it wasn't to your standards." They go out of their way to ensure guests have the optimal stay. We look forward to this condo providing memorable stays for upcoming guests. Best, the Evolve Team
