This was the best Vrbo we have done to date. The homeowner was very attentive, the entire house including the outdoor space was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was everything you need to cook/clean. The best part of all was the dock, kayak and watching manatees from the dock. It was so cool, and they just hang out right in the canal. We have zero complaints

Relaxing oasis

Very clean and well stocked home. Beautiful outdoor area with pool. We had no issues and the property manager was easy to contact with great info about the area. Neighbors were very friendly!! Will stay again.

The host was most helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The home had everthing needed and then some... very clean. We would highly recomnend this property.

Perfect location

We were there for a sailing regatta at Kelly Park. Tge location was perfect.. the house was roomy enough for 6. Very comfortable. We will be back in Jan.

Slice of heaven

My wife and I stayed for a week. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, the neighbors are friendly. The house as well as the property are very well maintained. We spent most of our time out back in the pool area. The pool is clean and nice size. The house is stocked with everything you would expect and a few extras too! Can’t wait to go back next year!

CoCoa Beach Paradise

The house was exactly as described and the owner was amazing and very accommodating. The pool and outside area was wonderful for those hot afternoons. We enjoyed just hanging out around the house as much as going out to do things in the area. She answered any question we had quickly and gave tips for the area as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

This home is in paradise. Andrea is a wonderful host. The home sits on the beautiful banana river, I loved having my morning coffee on the dock looking for wildlife. The house is spotless and so comfortable. The little touches everywhere made us feel right at home. The highlight according to my 9 year old was the salt water pool which was pristine. I think the only time he left it was to sleep. You are very close to everything including some terrific restaurants shout out to Dixie belles and my island pancake house. We will definitely be returning to the area in the future and hope to always stay right here. Thanks again Andrea

I cannot say enough about this wonderful property and host. The home is stunning lots of space and everything you could possibly need. The star of the show according to our nine year old was the swimming pool. I miss waking up and having coffee on the lanai. The dock is a great place to spot the local wildlife. You are incredibly close to everything including some of the best places to eat. We will be returning to the area and i would love to stay again and again.

Best VRBO we've ever had

Everything was absolutely wonderful with this property. For starters, the morning we were to arrive Andrea preemptively let me know the house was ready if I wanted to check in early. Since we had an early flight not having to wait an extra 6 hours to drop off our bags was awesome. The house itself was just like the pictures, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was absolutely amazing. My kids were in the pool within 3 minutes of arriving and they were in it pretty much for hours every day. I enjoyed doing a little fishing off the dock and a couple catfish and saw two Manatee right under my feet. The location was perfect for anybody that wants to balance multiple trips to Orlando with multiple trips to the beaches, only like 10 minutes away. All the restaurants down there were awesome and we went for a charter fishing trip with real magic, Captain Greg. Fantastic vacation because the house was perfect for us. We'll plan on coming back in a year or two and no question this will be the place we're going to stay at. Thanks again so much Andrea!

Great stay!

Great stay! House was very clean and location was a convenient 25 minute drive to our baseball tournament at Space Coast stadium. We saw a manatee in the canal our first night and enjoyed a drink on the back dock. It was too cold to swim while we were there but we enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evenings. The owner even told us about a SpaceX launch during our stay that we got to see from the front yard which was an amazing experience!

What's Not to Love

From the start this was an exceptional rental experience. Communication was excellent. Host(ess) texted prior, during and after our visit to confirm all was well and that we were having a perfect visit. Exceptional care was giving to guest convenience, including electronic/phone charging ports (and cables!) in every room! When we walked in the door, we wanted for nothing - it had already been anticipated and taken care of. The property was very well maintained, both the home and grounds. The pool and back porch was amazing. Even in cooler weather when the solar heated pool is still too chilly, you can grill and enjoy the view of the river just past the pool. You won't lack for entertainment in the local area, especially if it relates to nature or space! One surprise was an evening we arrived home to a yard full of ibis' ! I highly recommend this property!

Peacefull calm retreat

The moment we unlocked the door and stepped in the doorway we felt like we were home, this property has everything you would need to relax and enjoy your stay. Clean, spacious layout, we so enjoyed having a garage and the pool was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, easy access in and out of community, so close to all of the things we love about Space Coast area. Saw 2 rocket launches with amazing view from front yard. Will return!

Amazing

Host was incredible. We were delayed due to hurricane rolling through Fl, and our host went over and beyond in accommodating us. The space was large, beds were comfy and house was packed with all kinds of goodies and extras. Very quiet neighborhood except for an occasional spaceX rocket passing overhead. Lol. We got to see two launches while we chilled in the pool. We will definitely be back. Also we did get to see a manatee out on the dock. I hear more are visible as it gets closer to winter. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Baseball Trip 2023

Property was very clean and very well equipped with all the essentials. The pool area was just beautiful. We enjoyed it very much. We got to see a manatee and her baby right off the dock. The neighborhood was very quiet and neat.

Relaxing retreat

This house was just as described. The house is really all about the outdoor space. The pool is wonderful, there is a gas grill, and the dock is a great spot to soak up the sun. I was able to drop in my paddle board right from the dock and was out on the water every day. (There is also a two person kayak at the property.) There was water, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, beach chairs, plenty of towels, and everything you could need to cook in the kitchen. The beach is just a short drive away and there are parks and plenty of fishing spots just minutes from the house.
