Très bien situé au cœur de la jetée de Narragansett: Conçu pour le confort avec des équipements modernes, ce bungalow de plage récemment rénové est situé à un pâté de maisons de la plage de la ville de Narragansett. Promenez-vous tranquillement dans la digue de la jetée, les boutiques, les restaurants et les cafés. En revenant de la plage, assistez à un spectacle en plein air et détendez-vous dans le porche. Les installations comprennent des climatiseurs mini-split, une connexion Wi-Fi, un parking dans la rue pour deux voitures et une laveuse et une sécheuse. Cette maison de trois chambres peut accueillir confortablement 5 à 6 personnes.

We had a really nice stay at Oliver's place. It was super convenient in how close it was to a wedding we attended at the Towers. Would stay here again!

Adorable cottage and amazing host!

This was such a great little rental cottage, quaint, very close to lots of things and tucked away nicely. We had a lovely stay. Oliver was a wonderful host, excellent communication and always willing to answer questions. We would definitely rent from him again!

Great beach house

The house was perfect. A short walk to the beach and centrally located for so many great spots along the Rhode Island coast. The screened in porch, deck, outdoor shower and yard were great for our hangout time as a family.

Perfect Beach Getaway!!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. It was perfect!! So nice to be able to walk to the beach and to local restaurants. We would definitely love to return next summer!

Perfect Pier Property

Our August 2019 stay was amazing. Very comfortable accommodations, incredible location and a most gracious host. I'm hesitant to say much more as it may effect our ability to rent it again next year :)

The fact that you do not need to drive, and fight for a parking space, in the heart of Narragansett Pier helped us fall in love with the property. Walk to the South Pavilion, Narragansett Pier Marketplace, tennis courts, play ground, South County bike path, ALL the pier restaurants, fishing pier, sea wall, and much more! Great Little House

Perfect for our family of 6 with 4 kids 10 and under. Screened in porch is the best. Nice proximity to the beach and reasonable rate. Very nice and responsive owner. We enjoyed!

Vacation to remember

Everything was great. We loved our stay in Narragansett and will be back. The house was clean and well maintained. We liked that we could walk to the beach and the Pier. Lovely Vacation

It was clean and nice and felt easy to get acclimated. Everything in the house was easy to figure out. Loved the big porch and deck. Walking distance to the beach and Nana's ice cream was wonderful. Also walking distance to the library which was fun for my 4 year old. There were plenty of different beaches and other activities to do in the area that were all an easy drive from the house. Definitely would recommend!

This place was great!

Lovely home within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, outdoor shower, air conditioning and beachy decor. In addition, being set back from the street, the location was quiet and relaxing. The owner, Oliver, was very pleasant, helpful and responsive to questions. RI family vacation

Oliver is an amazing host - very communicative and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and he clearly communicated with the house had available (and did not have available) so we could pack accordingly. The location of the house cannot be beat - 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants, towers, etc. We hope to be back!

Perfect summer beach vacation

We had the most amazing vacation with our two children. The ease of renting, communication with Oliver, and most importantly the house itself were nothing short of amazing. This was our second trip to Narragansett and the location of the house is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the beach, park (for colder days), candy shop (our daughter's favorite), and all the restaurants on the Pier. We barely had to get in our car for anything for the week! We are already looking forward to next year's trip!

Seamlessly Accommodating

Between communication, responsiveness, and everything that came with the experience, I couldn't recommend this accommodation more! Oliver was very responsive and let us know what to expect. We received pretty easy-to-follow logistics that were easy to reference when needed - all in all. We felt very taken care of! The location of the property is pretty much within walking distance to all, I highly recommend this place!

Narragansett stay

Property is clean and as described. Pros: Owner communication is quick, location is amazing (easy walk to beach & marketplace), loved the screened in porch and large kitchen area. Cons: to be critical, the downstairs bedroom had a small open slit below the a/c window unit; at night if my older daughter kept the light on (texting) and it attracted flies; we moved her to the other upstairs bedroom and kept the light off in that room which took care of that minor fly problem. Otherwise, our stay was awesome.

Lovely weekend!

We rented this house so that we could attend a wedding in Narragansett. It was the perfect location (5 mins from the wedding AND beach!) and just right for our needs. If we had a longer trip in mind, we'd probably opt for a larger house. The bedrooms are tiny and there's not much indoor living space to relax in; felt especially tight with two kids. But the screened-in porch and backyard were delightful and made up for the somewhat tight quarters inside. Oliver, the owner, was an exceptional host, providing helpful directions and accommodating us with beach passes and extra hours on our last day!

We are so glad that you appreciated the location of our beach house. A short five minute walk to the town beach can’t be beat. I’m sorry you felt the quarters were tight. We have hosted many families of larger parties and have not heard any concerns about the size of the house or the size of the bedrooms. Earlier this season we hosted a family with little ones with no issues. We are sorry you felt confined. Taking advantage of the great screened porch, the back deck and the spacious backyard helps people fully enjoy the property. We are happy to accommodate guests with later check out or early check in when the schedule can allow. We would love to host you again in the future. Thanks again for renting from us.

Perfection

Our family adored staying at Oliver’s rental. There are lots of spaces to enjoy, including a large backyard where we could play. We were a short walk to both the beach and a playground! Oliver generously includes town beach passes with the rental. We were able to use the beach wagon and chairs from the house which gave us more space in our vehicle. Oliver is an excellent communicator who responded quickly to any questions we had. This allowed for a very simple check in/out process. Overall, we were extremely pleased and are looking forward to a return stay. Thank you Oliver!

Great week by the beach

We had a great time! We walked to the town beach every day. The two beach badges were great. The weather was not perfect but it didn’t stop us. We did drive to Cliff Walk one day, but Newport is a little too crowded and overpriced for us. For dinner we walked 2 blocks to “The Kitchen” on the main floor of a small bed and breakfast, which we loved. We also took surf lessons and played tennis at the local school which was a 2 minute drive away. The house was comfortable and clean and the host was great. Loved the screened in porch and the outdoor shower. We’ll definitely come back next summer. Thank you!

10/10 would recommend. The stairs and dining area step could be a concern if you have any mobility issues or really young children (just my opinion.) I stayed in this lovely, modern-day "beach home" over Labor Day weekend, and I had the best time. My family used to rent a beach house near the Point Judith Lighthouse for 1-4 weeks every summer when I was growing up. I loved it, but it was a "beach house" if you know what i mean. My choice of places to sleep were with my mother, my grandmother, or on the floor. This little house is so nice inside! It has an open first floor plan with a nice full bath, then 2 bedrooms and a lavette upstairs. I loved that the house had these cool little closets, spaces, and nooks, wood floors - giving it even more character. It's on a main road but you don't notice it that much, because it's set back behind another house. Big back yard, good for lawn games, volleyball, etc. Quick walk to semi-private town beach, visitor passes provided by host. House is immaculate, nice open kitchen, TV is small if that matters to you. Patio/deck in back, but I enjoyed the screened-in porch with no mosquitoes or hornets to bother me! Enjoyed my morning coffee sitting in the sunshine in this nice, tall, wooden adirondack chair. Perfect getaway and so close to the Pier and the beach. I want to go back again already! Host is very attentive and professional; he communicated frequently throughout the entire process, and provided helpful information. You should stay he

Great rental experience

The house was exactly as described. Prior to check in Oliver sent me a message keeping me informed of the potential for an early check in. He offered to let me park there even if the cleaning crew was not gone so we could explore the town. Luckily it was ready as we arrived and it was everything as described. I had a few questions and Oliver responded very quickly and was friendly and helpful. The pictures are extremely accurate of the property so you get what you see. The main highlight is the proximity to town, the two bigger restaurants, and the beach. It's a very walkable distance as described. The house is the 2nd house on 1 lot. The neighbors that we were sharing the property with were fine and didn't get in the way so don't let that deter you at all. If you're vacationing Narragansett then this place is ideal for a group of up to 6 people.
