Steps to the north end of Scarborough Beach, called Black Point, a somewhat private beach area. A two to three minute walk on a wide, peaceful roadway. Ocean views from some rooms. 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room and dining room.Large backyard for grilling. Rental includes beach chairs and umbrellas. No beach access fees or parking fees!!

Recently painted, new furniture, bedding and decor. Wonderful beach feel. Clean and comfy.
Property is in a fantastic, quiet family neighborhood.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Why they chose this property

We know the hassle and hustle of getting families to the beach: loading the car, fighting for parking space, paying high fees for parking and beach access. THIS house is so close to beach, that if you forget your towel, no problem, you'll be back in a jiffy. And its a nice quiet beach. Even has some paths and ruins to explore nearby, access from the beach. Come and go as you please. A real benefit when you have little children.
