Une vue imprenable sur Home Beach à Moreton Island et l'océan Pacifique depuis toutes les piÚces principales. Promenade facile à Home Beach. Magnifiquement meublé avec des sols polis, un design intérieur lumineux, une cuisine bien équipée. Caractéristiques: 3 chambres (2 lits queen, 1 simple, 1 lit gigogne) 2 salles de bains (ensuite avec baignoire pleine grandeur), tour des baleines, 2 terrasses spacieuses, mezzanine mezzanine, TV, DVD, lecteur CD, barbecue à gaz, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, top- charge machine à laver, sÚche-linge, garage fermé.

Linge fourni pour les rĂ©servations effectuĂ©es aprĂšs le 1/12/18, NB Les lits ne sont pas faits et le linge peut ĂȘtre Ă  retourner Ă  notre bureau lors du retour des clĂ©s.

Great stay again as it is every year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House has great views and was easy to live in. Only issue was a door to the top deck did not latch. Very windy during our stay so it did slam off and on during the night. Very easy fix though so not a big negative. Great street as it was quiet and friendly and the kangaroos in the yard were a bonus. Absolutely would stay here again. We stay every year and try a different place each time but would recommend this home for sure. Great beach holiday home.

disappointing

I was extremely disappointed when firstly arriving the main bedroom's fan was really dirty and had guck on all rotors which had splashed on all 4 walls part of this was cleaned up after speaking to the property manager and he arranged some cleaners to come in . Unfortunately the fan remained dirty because you needed a high ladder to reach it which the cleaners did not have. The main windows to the deck were also filthy along with the BBQ plate which I spent some time to clean. While opening the back windows some did not work. The actual back door was locked and no key was provided thus any movement to hang clothes was a walk around the house. After speaking with agent owner decided not to provide a back door key . The upstairs bathroom had no exhaust fan and again the windows did not open . There was only 1 exit from the house which would be deemed a fire hazard. Entering the house through a heavy double garage door was not acceptable as my GF found it difficult to manage. The dining area is close to the stairwell and there was a steel bracket that holds the step pad which 3 of us all hit we eventually wrapped a tea towel around it as it was a hazard . Generally the house was a huge disappointment . I realize it was advertised with no WIFI and we had use of a DVD player but no library was provided and the house sits in a dead phone area . I've stayed at Stradbroke Is at least a dozen times and by far this has been the worse house I've stayed in .

A wonderful few days at Straddie

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is ideally positioned with marvelous ocean views - we were able to see whales and dolphins from the several balconies and even our dining table. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy and only a short drive from beaches and shops at Point Lookout. We would love to visit there again some day.

Better than expected

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very enjoyable.The view is amazing and uninterrupted. The house is very spacious (please note the advertised window view is on an unused floor that brings in a generous amount of natural light which we loved for a lovely sunrise). The furniture was good however, when we arrived there were broken and rusted outdoor chairs aswell as the couch being, to put it lightly, gross but comfy (couch covers would be an improvement). Water pressure is awesome and warm water works very well. The location is accessible and the hill is manageable to walk up, 10min walk to the closest beach access. The property was clean however, it was just the random rusted chair broken on the main bedroom veranda that caught us off guard. The property management company was professional especially being under the stress of schoolies season.

Great views, tired dirty house. Ray White have not replied.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great views and location, however the property requires improvements to make it an enjoyable experience.The bedroom carpet has stains all over it, with an obvious odour. The guests in this room were also surprised by an empty condom packet left in the room. The couch is also covered in stains, I don’t understand why this hasn’t been previously cleaned?The worn out mattress in the 3rd bedroom is not up to standard for guest accommodation, as you can feel springs dig into your body.The door leading up to the top floor deck does not latch closed, meaning it swings open and slams shut very loudly in wind, making it impossible to sleep during a windy night. The other lovely surprise of this is that rain blows into the main living area u controllably if it’s windy and raining.We departed one night early due to lack of sleep. Concerns were sent to Ray White with not even an acknowledgment received back in return.Stead clear until the property owner has invested in improvements on their home!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very disappointing compared to other rentals I have stayed at. The property was dirty, yard was not maintained, lots of spiders and other creepy crawlers, no screens on the doors, the windows were filthy, the lockable garage door had no locking mechanism, hot plates did not work properly, vacuum cleaner did not work, oven and BBQ had not been cleaned. We booked this property for 17 nights and the only thing that was good about our stay was the location, views and lovely neighbour’s. This property felt like a rental not a holiday rental.

Fabulous beach views, great house!

Loved the whale watch tower and great decks to enjoy the views. Clean and very well equipped. We'll be back!

Musty smell upon entry to the house, could do with a massive clean, cockroaches running about, stained carpets, I found a spider's web on the curtain with lots of spiders on it, not worth the money and would not stay again.
