Well loved house

This house suited our needs to fit two large families for a few days at Disney. However, the house is certainly used and abused. The patio screen was torn in several spots, broken curtains, a nail sticking out of the bathroom threshold, and flooring broken off the staircase to name a few. No other complaints.

Great for family!

It is definitely a well-loved rental with roughed up walls, floors, etc. But it was perfect for our family to spread out. The pool was great. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great home!

Frank is great host! He is very responsive and he goes to great lengths to make sure you feel right at home. He thought of everything, from games for the kids to a stroller for the baby. It's a beautiful home, clean and tastefully decorated, and a lovely neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the private pool so much. I look forward to our trip next year!

Large house with plenty of room

Good stay, great location and resort area but unfortunately we were in the middle of multiple other vacation homes where parking and congestion was a nightmare. Rules were not enforced regarding vehicle limits and it made navigation in and out of the rental a chore. Quite a few minor repair items noted, but expected with a rental property. Large space was great for big family groups with multiple kid ages. Overall, nice stay in the Orlando area.

Fit our family well

The property was nice and fit our family well. Limited kitchen supplies, especially for a house that sleeps a lot of people. There were multiple instances of deferred maintenance including pool table, gaming system, pool/spa heater, etc...

Amazing, spacious property

Exceptional space. Perfect for our family of 11. Some minor things were a problem (video Game Center not working, refrigerator hiccups) but overall we enjoyed our time immensely. Loved the abundance of towels, kitchen supplies, seating, storage. The neighborhood is mostly short-term rentals so the neighborhood noise can get a little out of hand. Lazy river/pool/splash pad at the resort were great with lots of seating. The home’s pool/hot tub were clean and very warm. Would not hesitate to return.

Core memories were made here

You know when your kids are begging to leave Disneyworld to go back to the house and hang out and swim, that you picked a great vacation home. This is definitely a higher end home in this community for how beautifully decorated it is and how well it's kept and. We loved that it backed up to a wooded area, the pool is well ventilated which is a must for me. We have 4 couples plus kids, 17 total, and everyone was able to spread out. It was very comfortable. I could live there lol. The community is SO AWESOME! We used the gym and the pool and the lazy river often! They have a great bar with food and drinks and so many more amenities that we didn't even begin to experience, there were so many! Everyone was so happy with this vacation rental, we will be back and we highly recommend.

The pool was cold till one day before we left. We called down for a pool ball, because it was missing one. The said they would bring it over, never showed up. Alot of broken items, like the TV door on the gaming system was broken. Said there was a gaming system, no power card for the box and no games for it. The one bathroom, the cold water would not work. Never came to fix it. Over all, we had an enjoyable time, but I think it could use some upgrades. The pans in the kitchen we not in the best shape. We had plenty of towels and dishes. Ran the disherwasher, We even rinse the dishes, they did not come out clean from the dish washer.

Lovely vacation home!

The home is big and beautifully decorated! Enough space for at least 20 guests. We were never bumping into each other. But it was also cozy enough that we shared good times and laughs together. It was clean and more than adequately furnished. Even had crib and high chair. The rooms were very well decorated. The girls loved their purple princess room and the boys loved the star wars room. The beds were comfortable. The pool area is relaxing with plenty seating and the hot tub really hot 😀! The game room was great (pool table only had one pool stick though) but the hockey table had all equipment. The furniture was nice and sturdy. Everything you need on the smart tv was there. I think the owner should put something else up to the sliding door except blinds- they get in the way of people going in and out of the pool area even when pulled all the way open. The white kitchen was nice. & bright with plenty glasses, cups. and silverware but bring your own big pots, pans and serving spoons. The dining room table was huge, we were able to sit together as a family.. The resort area is Great also! Gym, lazy river, free gameroom, pools, clubhouse area. Great memories!

Unsanitary Conditions

This property has cute decor and is in a decent location. However, this home is not being properly cleaned or maintained. We arrived upon check-in and there was a dead mouse in the swimming pool and we had paid extra for pool heat. We called the management number and they sent someone over very quickly. The guy came through the patio entrance and scooped the dead mouse out and tossed it just outside the patio out on the ground near the exterior fence. We realized we did not have ANY washcloths in the entire house only dry towels and hand towels. Management stated they would bring some the next morning (yes the next day). We went to Walmart and purchased washcloths so we could bathe. The next morning we went out to the pool area and mouse droppings were scattered all over the ground near the pool loungers. We again reached out to management and they said they will get it taken care of. We went out shopping and missed the maintenance guy who came to clean up mouse droppings because the patio was locked. They said they would sent them back later. We arrived back home and they still had not provided us any towels at all. We had to wash several covers due to stains and cologne smells on pillows. We stay in vacation homes numerous times throughout the year and was hoping that this company would be our go to place because they have great bedding configurations for an all adult trip. I would not rent from this company again due to the problems here. Here is a list of what this property needs: 1. an exterminator( there is a mouse hole in the pool screen, droppings in pool area) 2. a deep cleaning( floors, baseboards, bathrooms, comforters) 3. proper linens for all house guests 4. replace outdoor patio cushions 5. Fix air hockey table so that it's usuable( it's too weak to play on) 6. Pool table is very used 7. one half of the dining table is missing glass 8. tissue holder broken off the wall in one of the bathrooms 9. All of the toilets are not properly sealed around the base( just nasty) 10. There is no screen on the patio door from the house to the pool area. We were told we would be refunded for pool heat and washcloths but that has not happened yet. Our stay was January 20-23, 2022 and today is 2/8 and still nothing refunded.

There will be far fewer headaches if you spend a little more money and go with a property that is managed by the owner. The property management company was terrible and there is no communication with the owner allowed, only the management company saying they would forward my concerns for me (owner not even in the same time zone as the house!). The interior of the house was clean enough. Beds weren’t comfortable, kitchen items scarce, not enough towels. The clubhouse pool, lazy river, and kids slides were fantastic! That’s where we spent most of our time. The issues though: 1. No one sent me check in instructions. In the craziness of plane cancellations, delays and road-trips trying to arrive, I didn’t realize until we landed in Orlando at 2AM. No emergency number to call. It wasnt until 5AM and an intense google search that I found a number and was able to get into the house. The property management company acknowledged that the emails sent to me containing check in instructions bounced back but they deal with hundreds of rentals per day so it’s impossible for them to follow up. Terrible lack of protocol and created such a headache, especially traveling with kids! 2. The neighborhood is mostly short term renters and you’ll definitely see and hear all kinds! We couldn’t let our children night swim at the house as the neighbors a played loud vulgar music and had sex in the pool! 3. Other reviewers mentioned a hole in the patio screen and rodent droppings in the patio area. That’s still an issue. Patio furniture was also very dirty. 4. The fridge and freezer are of a normal size yet the house sleeps 20ish people. There should be adequate space to hold groceries for large parties for a whole week. We were told we had too much food in the fridge and that is why it felt “warm” because it wasn’t working properly with so much food in it. You could literally squeeze the tub of ice cream we had in the freezer. 5. Per my instructions (which I received the day after check in, by the way), I was told to text a certain number with concerns. Many texts went unanswered and it was only with phone calls that someone would reply to me. We made the most of the vacation and overall had a good time with the amenities of the resort. We would not stay here again & would not recommend this property. We now know that moving forward, a bit more money will go a long way in the care of the home and customer service that will be received.

Great spacious property, paying extra for pool heating was worth it. Needs a little touching up in places. Some neighbours were quite noisy, loud music and pool party’s, but not constantly, as the properties are very close together.

Not luxury

Don't expect pool or spa to be warmed. It's a continued complaint that isn't being handled. Fridge is warm, again a continued complained that isn't being fixed. Xbox didn't have a cord so no gaming, pool table missing a ball and top green had chunks missing out of it. Bedrooms had lights that didn't work. Faucets that only had one temp working. and t v s that didn't work. No extra sheets or blankets. Minimal cooking especially for a house that holds so many. No crib sheets available. Contacted hosts on pool/spa heating. Never worked after they had contractor out there who shrugged his shoulders at us. This was my sign that speaking to them about the rest was simply a waste of my limited vacation time in which was not worth the irritation. We made the best of it. Bought our own dishes to cook in. Could of spent 1/2 the price for the same amenities. Would recommend the host actually do a walk through of the house once a month to see the areas that need fixed. It shouldn't be a vacationers job to point out what needs fixed. That's what they are there for, a vacation from duties.

Loved the Harry Potter room

The property was wonderful. I wish we had more time to spend there but Disney was calling. The Harry Potter room was why we selected it. Fun decorations all over the house.

great layout

The layout was great for are family .Master bedroom was just right . I would stay in area again family on both sides of us were very nice . We stayed Oct.17to 24 2021 . We asked to have heater in pool befor we went water was cooled for us had to call three time last two day pool water was great . when coffee pot was not working they came with new one right away .Outlet need to have longer screws some of them are losely put in with kids around made me feel that i had to check avery rooms outlets. It also looked like they were trying to make in improvements around the house .

The house was wonderful and my whole party felt at home!

The property was really nice and check in was super simple. The house was fairly clean and fit our group of 20 nicely. We had everything we needed for our week stay and we’re stress free when it came to the house. There were some noticeable damage done to the house like toilet paper holders but nothing major. The house was so nice. It was sad to see people didn’t care for it properly during their stays.

Great stay for business trip

Had a group of 14 adults stay at this property. Loved the amount of bedrooms because everyone got a room and/or bed to themselves and I really liked that it was open enough to have meetings for all of us in the living room. The house was great for us but not in pristine condition. Some of the bathrooms have broken toilet roll dispensers and other minor things but that didn’t affect our stay at all. We didn’t really spend much time at the property due to the conference that we were at but our stay was very comfortable and made our team conference much better than staying at a hotel. The added bonus was the clubhouse pools and recreational area which were really nice. I would have loved to spend more time there if we had had time for it. All in all I’d have no issues booking there again!

Great house!

We loved the house! The pool was great and a highlight of the trip, especially with the kids. It could definitely use a coat of paint, as the walls are pretty dinged up, but I realize that is par for the course for a vacation rental. The mgmt co was fairly responsive when we contacted them with issues. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to recommend to others.
