The pool and spas do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of may-sept for $32 / day. Please let us know 3 days in advance for pool heat

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone, which made it perfect for our group. Overall it was well-maintained, though we did notice a few bugs during our stay. The pool was a big hit, especially with the kids, and the game room in the garage was a great bonus—it wasn’t too hot, and both the kids and adults enjoyed spending time there. One thing to be aware of is the gated neighborhood access. We weren’t initially informed that a QR code was required to enter, and unfortunately, our reservation was mistakenly listed under a different address. After a long day of travel, it took about two hours and multiple calls with Vacasa representatives to get it sorted out and finally access the home. Despite the rocky start, the rest of our stay went smoothly, and we had a great time overall. The home had a lot to offer and made for a memorable vacation. With better communication upfront, the experience could’ve been even better.

Magical stay

This house is as advertised a magical home for the kids. Never a bored moment here and the gourmet kitchen and accommodations made it enjoyable for the adults as well. Except for the very loud neighbors it was a pleasure.

A Great Place To Take Your Family

From the minute we walked into the house, we were in awe. The house was beautiful, the amenities were awesome. I had young kids with me who always had something to do. The place was roomy & comfortable

Themed large house 45 min from Legoland crowded water park on property, poorly maintained pool

Kids will absolutely love the themed rooms, the bunk beds, and the garage game room. Adults will tolerate it because the kids are having fun but the adult beds are worn, some of the furniture is broken (dresser leg off so dresser turned around to face wall to stay up). Game room is in a 100 degree garage conversion with a tiny wall A/C unit that is connected to a faulty outlet and continuously trips so that room is basically unusable during hot months and during daytime. Only time you can tolerate being in there is early in morning and even then it’s a sauna. Pool was murky/cloudy upon arrival. Called every single day, was told to send pictures (did), was told “the local team” has been notified and is working to resolve the issue. Each day the fluorescent orange algae then started to grow and by checkout morning it was disgusting. 17 people for a birthday celebration for kids in 95 degree Florida weather and we never could set foot in the pool. One of the main reasons to have the house-ruined. Ants in kitchen, dead roaches elsewhere, broken safety gate for pool. We ventured to the water park in the development which would have been awesome if it were designed to accommodate the hundreds and hundreds of people it serves. At times standing room only, understaffed waitstaff, and they do not allow anything in, no water bottle, no kid snacks. I get no alcohol and no coolers but get with the times. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Great themed kid rooms, 45 minutes from Legoland

Adorable themed kid rooms, nice community water park but gets very crowded, private pool at house was unusable during our stay due to algae, game room is in hot garage conversion with non functional wall A/C. Kitchen well equipped, decent location for theme parks, publix nearby.

The Gaming Room was fun

The themed bedrooms and gaming room were fun. Everyone loved the Harry Potter Stairwell Room. Getting onto the gated community was an absolute nightmare as we had to call everyone in. Just to find out at 3.30am that there was a lack of communication to the gate as one of our guests got yelled at by Gate Personnel that he is not on the list and won’t be allowed. Parking was tight but we made it work. Unfortunately the Pool was a disappointing situation during our stay. When we arrived the pool was green and we called it in right away. But nobody was able to come out till the following day around noon. After all the chemicals got poured into the pool (incl.1 whole jug of chlorine) the pool was not safe to use for at least 8-12hours which was then midnight. We only rented the house for the weekend (2 nights) and with that the pool was not able to get used at all.
