Great Great location

This property was a seamless experience from start to finish. Your host Kimberley is super attentive and responsive. The unit was exactly as advertised and very clean. As far as location...you cannot beat it! This unit is located within minutes of mid-town and other downtown sites. Will definitely stay here again, especially with its proximity to The Gathering Spot.

Best possible place for our stay!

1. Property owner communication A++!! Tho a hiccup with initial booking, Dr. Kimberley could not have been more accommodating! 2. Perfect apartment for friends to meet up! Most places that say 'sleeps 4' assumes two couples in two queen beds! This sleeps-6 full apt. comfortably allowed 4 old friends to meet up for a music festival at the Westside Motor Lounge (a great venue, a 10-min or less, 4-block walk!) with everyone having their own beds! 3. In an up-and-coming part of West ATL that's quiter, easier to get around, with way more free on-street parking than downtown! Also a great location for events at Mercedes Benz!

Quiet and convenient`

It's just a quick ride to all the fun of Atlanta, but a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Lots of parking and a great, clean and beautiful house!

This property has been in our family since 1999, and we have witnessed along with local community residents, the progression of positive growth and ongoing changes occurring from gentrification. Minutes away from wellknown historic black colleges "HBC" & educational institutions like Georgia Tech to the Newly constructed Mercedes Benz Stadium and other exciting attractions Atlanta has to offer.
