This 2nd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath is a great, comfortable unit with an open kitchen and private balcony. It has an adjustable king bed in the master bedroom and 1 queen and 1 double in the guest room. 2019 upgrades include new dishwasher and refrigerator. No tubs but 2 great walk-in showers!! There are 2 Roku televisions in the condo. Please note, the TVs are streaming only. One in the living room and one in the guest bedroom. The complex includes 2 elevators, a large pool, security gate and parking for 2 vehicles. A short walk to the pool and beach and one short flight of stairs! Book this one today! This unit will get better and better! Wireless Internet is available in this unit.

The furniture and beds are old. The light in the guest shower was out. There needs to be a ceiling light in the guest room because it's very dark and there is only a very small lamp. Other than that we enjoyed our stay but I feel it's over priced for what you get compared to others in the same building.

Recap of stay and recommendations

Loved the location and view. Everything was great except housekeeping needs improvement. Old stagnant water with putrid smell in dishwasher. Deck on balcony not clean and obviously did not clean under furniture as food and dust underneath. Outside of those issues we really enjoyed our stay.

Location Location Location

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Perfect condo for breathtaking views on the deck or for breakfast and/or late night breathers. Just an elevator ride or a flight of steps down and short walk to the beach. Pool is spacious and handy. We had a great time!!! Upgraded laminate floors throughout were great. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Shortfalls

There were 3 issues 1. The carpet filthy, there was dirt on top the carpet. 2. The lock was broken on the patio door, they use a treated 2x2 to lock it, which failed the first morning, and rolled back into the track locking us out on the deck. 3. There was no cabinet space for groceries.

We had a wonderful time here. It was nice to use the kitchen to save money on food by eating here most of the time too.

First time to Amelia Island

Everything was wonderful, and we made wonderful memories; however, we did have a few issues with the condo itself. Some of our linens were dirty; the beds in the guest rooms were more like doubles (which messed with our planned sleeping arrangements). The queen (as listed) is more like an old queen (basically considered a double by today’s standards). When we asked about it, we received two different and contradictory answers. We were also told that the condo was only deep cleaned a few times a year; this was concerning as that’s how bed bugs are spread. There was a tv in the guest room, but there was no tv in the master room. This is all very nit picky; I understand that, but the property was advertised differently. We had six people, and it was not comfortable. We made it work, but it was not comfortable for any of us. The couch has an unpleasant odor, and it is not a sleeper sofa. It’s not advertised as one, but just FYI. No one was able to sleep on it due to the smell.
