This spacious home sleeps 16 - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two master suites, and two living areas—giving your group plenty of space to relax, get ready, and enjoy time together.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a pool (heating available), lounge seating, BBQ, and turf—perfect for pool days, group dinners, and pre-night-out hangs.

Located just 6–8 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, you’ll have easy access to the city’s best restaurants, shopping, golf, and nightlife, while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable home base. 

Whether you’re planning a celebration or a relaxing trip, this home offers the perfect mix of Scottsdale vibes, comfort, and convenience. STR 21347220. The private pool can be heated for $75 per night, with discounted rates available for longer stays.

Pool towels are provided, and guests are welcome to bring their own floats for a fun pool day experience.

For safety and liability, a removable pool fence may be installed and should remain in place during your stay. This home is fully stocked with everything you need to relax, cook, gather, and enjoy your time in Scottsdale—whether you’re spending the day by the pool or getting ready for a night out with your group.

We love hosting groups and want you to have an amazing stay, while also keeping the home and neighborhood enjoyable for everyone.

• The home and outdoor spaces are set up for comfort and flow—please keep furniture and items in their original locations.

• The pool area is designed for both fun and safety. A removable pool fence may be installed when needed and should remain in place. Children should always be supervised around the pool.

• Quiet hours are 10pm–8am to respect our neighbors. The home is great for gatherings, but we are not a party house.

• No smoking, drug use, or pets are permitted on the property.

• Please follow checkout instructions so our cleaning team can prepare the home for the next guests. Additional fees may apply for excessive cleanup.

• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay, and only registered guests are allowed on the property.

For added security, exterior cameras are located at the front of the home. There are no cameras inside or in the backyard.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The layout was great for our family, and having the security fence on the back porch to keep the kids away from the pool provided an ease of mind. We loved the location and how close the house was to Old Town Scottsdale and the 101. We would consider staying again if in the area!

The Perfect Scottsdale Getaway with Friends!

Perfect getaway!

We traveled for a bachelorette and Stephanys house accommodated our 9 person party very well. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the space was and loved that it was a quick 10 min Uber to anywhere we needed to go. Beds were comfy, enjoyed not having to bring shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Would absolutely return!

Perfect AZ Property!

My family and I stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was the perfect space! The backyard is amazing with different areas, the inside has 2 huge living spaces and all of the bathrooms are spacious and nice!! This house is so close to everything and we would definitely stay here again. Stephany the host was friendly, helpful and easy to get a hold of.

Great place for to stay with kids and another family!

Absolutely loved this house! It was so pretty but also very clean and comfortable! There was plenty of room and was great even with kids. The gated area outside around the patio and pool was also reassuring since we had little running around. We will definitely come back, hopefully when it’s a little cooler!

Incredible house!

Every inch of this house is perfection. Not only is it brand new, the decor is lovely and the owner did such a nice job of supplying the house with standard necessities - tons of bath towels, hair dryers, hair care, coffee filters, spices, etc. it really made our stay so seamless. Would recommend this property to anyone!!
