The Pool deck has plenty of lounging space and expansive views. The pool is 15 X 6 with a neat sitting shelf for lounging with coffee or cocktails.

As the waves of Pillsbury Sound crash into the cliffs far below in winter months or gently lap the shore in summer, scenes of St. Thomas and all the outer cays can be viewed from the almost everywhere in this lovely native stone home. At night the twinkling lights of the distant islands along with the stars form a splendid backdrop for your total relaxation.

The Living area sports comfortable furnishings. The outdoor, covered, upper dining area has Weber BBQ and sun shades, with easy access just off the kitchen.

You have the option of enjoying the natural trade winds or air conditioning.
