Having lived most of our lives in Washington State, Robert & I moved to Arizona in 2011. We are both retired from full time work, but keep busy with our hobbies, volunteering & traveling whenever & wherever we can. We use VRBO when traveling since we enjoy the more personal aspects of staying at a private residence rather than a hotel. Now that we find ourselves wanting to do more traveling we have decided to open our home to others that prefer private home rentals so we can go on more adventures. We are active adults & love being outdoors(one of the main reasons we chose Arizona). We both love to ride bikes-hybrid & road. We lead a relaxing lifestyle & are able to enjoy a glass(or 2) of wine, good food(albeit healthy) & much more time to explore & experience a variety of things. I, DiAnn, love gardening & continue to build an edible landscape here in the desert. It is amazing to see what grows in a small space. Robert loves to read and watch interesting movies & TV series/shows. We both love to spend time with our grandchildren, and entertaining new friends to share our new zest for living life! When the property is not rented we call the Villa our home. When the property is rented we will travel, visiting friends & family as well as places that we are interested in seeing.

We were lucky to find this little place in paradise and it reminds us a bit of where we lived in Washington(water, tree's). Having the clubhouse was the icing on the cake as it has so many amenities that we are never at a loss of things to do. The community hosts many events throughout the year....Christmas boat parade & lighting contest, Polar Ice plunge at the pool in winter, Cinco de Mayo, 4th of July, Fall Pot-luck, Community wide garage sale, and many more fun get togethers.

What makes this Townhome unique

Honestly... central to the entire Valley make it amazingly easy to get around to many of the fun venues and tourist attractions in the area. One of the best things about this property is being directly on the water. We enjoy spending time cruising the shoreline In our pontoon boat, having dinner on our deck, watching the sunsets while enjoying our gas fire pit, and just relaxing to music or reading a good book. Having views of the water from the decks, living room & master bedroom are constant reminders that we chose a great place to call home. We have had a great deal of fun furnishing our home & continue to update, change & develop our property. Many of the items you see in our home have come from the places we travel to, We love supporting small business as we see the world.
